But, this mode under the premise that possess many advantages, because uses cascading caged, which raises the density and shed air quality control difficulty. Specially the winter and spring under weakly ventilates the pattern,which causes dust question, and then brings many malpractices to the layer health and the production. In order to explore the large-scale laying hen cultivation the changes of dust and the correlation of laying hens dust component, for reducing the hen house dust to provide a theoretical basis.The experimental determination of place Shaanxi Dajiang Agricultural Industry Co., we selected adult egg hen house shed2, which accommodated120,000.The house uses is the completely automatic8layer upon layer folds-like, that comes from Chore-Time(?) Production Systems. In hen house top and bottom layer, each longitudinal five road before, during and after, and again selected2and6chicken coops in each vertical direction locates the position altitude, that altogether were30spot sampling, measured four seasons dust density, analyzed the variation of full dust and respirable dust; And uses the return analytic method establishment regression equation to analysis dust component. Drawed the following conclusion:1. In four quarters, the winter full dust and the respirable dust density is biggest, that’s mean value respectively is5.49mg/m3,1.72mg/m3; But the summer full dust and t respirable dust density is smallest, respectively is2.98mg/m3,0.66mg/m3, namely the winter respirable dust is the summer respirable dust2.61times, the winter full dust is summer full dust1.84times; The full dust and respirable dust in spring and autumn were not significant(P>0.05), But spring autumn breath dust, entire dust and winter difference remarkable (P<0.05). The result demonstration respirable dust density and the full dust density relations were closed, the ratio in the range of1:2.72~1:4.33. 2. The hen house air dust and ground dust all with feed,shedding feathers, the dry chicken manure had the forward linear correlation,which explained the laying house air dust mainly comes from the feed, the feather, the dry chicken manure. So, the effective control feed granularity,the preventing and controlling feather falls off, and to clean up the chicken manner in a timely, which can effectivly reduces the hen house dust; Through the regression equation analysis,then drawed the following conclusion, in the four seasons hen house ground dust the feed, the chicken manure, the shedding feathers proportion respectively is58.87:10.16:30.97;70.17:12.45:17.38;58.88:9.64:31.48;48.64:11.17:40.19. In the four seasons, hen house air dust the feed, the chicken manure, the shedding feathers proportion respectively is37.74:16.68:45.58;44.03:33.56:22.41;42.23:15.45:42.32;20.40:19.93:59.67.4. Shedding feathers and normal feather conventional ingredients(crude protein, crude fat, crude ash, Ca, P) were not significantly different(P>0.05), but in general, shedding feathers in addition to the crude fat content more than normal feathers, other components (moisture, crude protein, Ca,P, amino acids) are less than normal feathers. Which explained the lacking of crude protein and amino acid can causes the Shedding feathers phenomenon; This experimental result also discovered that, Roman brown laying hens chicken feathers has a high content of serine and glutamic acid, but the methionine, the lysine are lower. Along with the age increase, aspartic acid, the threonine, the glutanic acid, the methionine content decreases progressively, but valine, histidine, and isoleucine with age increasing. |
