Since twenty-first Century,livestock and poultry industry has been developing vigorously,and the scale of farming has been more and more intensive.The degree of intensification has also been continuously improved,has been developing rapidly for many years.Livestock and poultry raising is increasing.The total production of meat and eggs has always been the top in the world.At present,the development of the breeding industry leads to the increase of the total amount of livestock and poultry,and more excrement in the production activities.If it is not removed in time or scientifically,the pollution gas will be aggregated,which not only damage the health of livestock and poultry,reduce the immunity of livestock and poultry,and make the disease more and more common,and the cleanliness and comfort of the workers' health and the surrounding environment are also more and more common.And it has also caused a more serious impact.Because of the large scale culture model in China.The laying hens adopt the cage culture,the feeding density is large,the healthy living environment of the chicken is not guaranteed,the air quality is poor,the health of the chickens is threatened and the production level is down.At the same time,the health of the workers in the henhouse is not guaranteed.According to the relevant reports,if the control of breeding environment is not enough,there will be a lot of dust deposition in the breeding production,resulting in toxic gas and harmful microorganisms.Dust and poisonous gases will destroy the body defense system such as the respiratory tract of livestock and poultry,and then provide the potential for the invasion of harmful microorganisms,through the air and blood,and then the outbreak of the epidenic,which seriously affect the health and production of the chickens.At the same time,the most important thing is the presence of dust particles for harmful gases,toxic gases,microbes and pathogens,with the carrier of the air,with the air.The continuous flow and diffusion of the epidemic causes the spread of the epidemic,the cross infection among the chicken houses,and even the health of the staff,and the infectious diseases of different degrees.This paper uses FLUENT and AIRPAK software to simulate the wind speed,temperature and humidity in the new Ventun and the traditional chicken house,analyzes the distribution map of the flow field in the chicken house after the simulation,takes the change of wind speed and temperature and humidity into consideration,and selects the representative points of dust aggregation.Taking the different chicken houses and the different chicken houses,it takes 5 representative positions of the dust,which are the incoming wind,respectively.Inlet,outlet,IM,chicken coop air inlet under the corner,sheds dust outlet at the corner.SAS software is used to carry out experimental design and experimental analysis to determine its dielectric constant.Finally,a new type of fan model is designed by combining the honeycomb model with Venturi principle.According to the measured dielectric constant,the simulation results show that the ventilation effect is far greater than the traditional fan,and it has a good effect on the improvement of dust and other environment in the chicken house.The contents of the study are as follows:1.dust dielectric constant experimental design study,select the Taigu County Bei Zhang village chicken farm as the dust collection point.According to the simulation,the dust in the air inlet,the ground,the chicken cage 1m and the chicken house 1.5m are selected in each chicken farm.The dust dielectric constant is measured by the SAS software,and the dust dielectric constant in the chicken house is determined,and the measurement of the dust dielectric constant in the chicken house is determined.The dielectric constant is between 3.8-4.2.2.the combination of dust,virus and charge was studied.(1)the attachment model between dust and charge was studied,and the adhesion was influenced by the particle radius,charge condition and wind speed.Secondly,the attachment model between the dust and the pathogen and the adhesion model between the pathogen and the charge were studied.On the basis of three models,the attachment between the dust,the pathogens and the charge was established.The model is built and simulated by Matlab,and the boundary conditions are set according to the actual situation.The combination rate between the three is 15%.3.the principles and advantages of Venturi model are discussed.Based on the Venturi model principle,it is applied to the cage placement in the chicken house.Using the Fluent and Airpak software,the now field simulation of the cage frame under the Venturi principle and the traditional pendulum is simulated and compared.The simulation results show that at the same inlet velocity,the wind speed is larger in the chicken house under the Venturi principle,and the wind field is stable and regular.And it is not easy to form a vortex.4.the honeycomb structure has high strength,material saving,heat insulation and airflow.The Venturi effect can flow through a small overcurrent section at a relatively large speed.The two models are combined organically,using the honeycomb structure as the inlet port and the Venturi structure as the ventilation pipe.The honeycomb type Venturi fan is designed.The simulation results are made by Fluent and Airpak.The simulation results show that the wind speed in each fan is larger and the outlet temperature of the outlet is reduced by about 1 degrees.In a certain space,we can effectively reduce indoor temperature,low carbon and environmental protection,and save energy.
