The research of critical control points in operation specification about ultra-large-scale automated laying hens breed aquatics, We have known the relationship between environmental parameters changes in seasonal environmental control mode and laying hens production performance,and the Laying performance is influenced by stocking density and light,and all the experiments were done in chicken farms of shannxi dajiang which a singal chicken house with8layers of stacked automatic machines could breed12million chickens.We determined the concentrations of CO2、O2and NH3and temperature, and the levels of wind speed and total dust concentration, as well as chickens economic traits indicators in seasonal environmental control mode, the results showed that:1.The features of change of environmental parameters in maximum ventilation mode of chicken farms in summer:the concentrations of CO2、O2and NH3, wind speed and temperature are gradually decreased along with the distance gradually increased for longitudinal fans, at the first point that is nearest from fans achieves a minimum,they are206±52ppm、0.4±0.1ppm、0.50±0.09m/s'19.0±0.6℃; the concentration of O2is relatively stable. The negative correlation between the concentration of CO2and O2is not obvious (P>0.05), but the relationship with temperature, wind speed and the concentration of O2are strong positive correlation (P<0.05). The negative correlation between the concentration of O2and other environmental parameters is not obvious (P>0.05).The relationship between temperature and wind speed is significantly positive correlation (P<0.01), and the relationship between wind speed and concentration of NH3is also obvious(P<0.05). Coop various environmental parameters correlation results suggest summer maximum ventilation mode only measured CO2concentration and temperature whether it is appropriate to estimate changes in other environmental parameters and to assess the quality of the environment coop. The CO2concentration and vertical wind turbines, with the increase of the distance gradually reduced, taking into account the convenience of measuring CO2concentration, measured in the production practice only fan the nearest point from the vertical CO2concentration and temperature, which can complete the henhouse summer environment monitored. 2. Winter house environmental control optimization mode:Through three modes (0.9mixed ventilation mode,0.5lateral ventilation mode,0.7mixing ventilation mode) Measurement and analysis of environmental parameters, three kinds of ventilation mode coop O2concentration, NH3concentration, temperature and CO2concentration had no significant effect (P>0.05); coop concentration of NH3and CO2concentrations are0.5maximum transverse ventilation mode, followed by0.7and0.9mixing ventilation mode hybrid ventilation mode; different ventilation modes significantly affect respirable dust concentration (P<0.05), of which0.5transverse ventilation mode highest (2.53±0.15mg/m3), significantly higher than the0.7and0.9mixing ventilation mode hybrid ventilation mode, followed by0.7mixing ventilation mode (2.15±0.11mg/m3), significantly higher than0.9hybrid ventilation mode (1.92±0.09mg/m3).
