Sugarcane is the most important sugar crops worldwide.it’s also the important raw material of light industry, chemical industry and energy industry.So,we need to develop the sugarcane industry, because it plays an important role in one country’s economy.production, therefore, to improve people’s lives, promote the development of agriculture and related industries, and even the development of the whole national economy.It also can promote the development of agriculture and its related properties, improving the living standards of the people.Sugarcane’s adaptability is stronger, but we need to provide good fertilizer conditions for sugarcane if we want to keep the high yield abidingly.This thesis have mainly discussed the effect of growing environment on output and agronomic characters of Xintaitang22sugarcane, combining the development situation of Yunnan sugarcane’s fertilizer technology at present. This thesis studied the preliminary application of ultrasonic extraction technology in bagasse sugar extraction. The results are shown below:First, Pot ExperimentIn order to analyzes the effects of NPK fertilizers application on agronomic characters in a pot experiment,we use "3414" fertilization plan. In this pot experiment, over61.7per cent of plants can sprout. In seedling period, the leaf area index of sugarcane are relatively small, about0.002-0.011.The tendency of chlorophyll content in sugarcane leaves was ascend in first,then descend and ascend at last with N fertilizer rate.The tendency of sugarcane stem diameter was descend in first,then ascend with N fertilizer rate.But the tendency of chlorophyll content in sugarcane leaves had no direct relationship with P fertilizer rate.High concentration of K fertilizer could make the plant height grow rapidly, its growth speed is about0.275cm/d.NPK fertilizers had inhibiting effect on the composition of flavonoids on sugarcane leaf. N2P2K2treatment was the most remarkable in this experiment, it’s flavonoids content is23per cent of blank test.Second, Field TrialsIn order to analyzes the effects of irrigation amount and NP fertilizers application on yield in field trials,we use "3414" fertilization plan. Through this experiment, regress equation about the yield and different treatments was built by using the Regression Analysis. At the same time,according to the mathematical model,the preferred fertilization plan was acquired.At the same time,according to the mathematical model,the preferred fertilization plan was acquired,the Irrigation amount, N and P were respective997.0038m3/hm2,0.0002kg/hm2and351.4kg/hm2.In Yunnan sugarcane area,N fertilizer played important action in the increase of sugarcane output; at some level, P fertilizer had affected on sugarcane production output too;because of the lower water use efficiency, irrigation amount were not effective enough for the increase of sugarcane output.Third, Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction ExperimentIn order to extract the bagasse sugar,we use ultrasonic extraction technology in this experiment. The sequence of factors which influence the extracting efficiency of temperature> ultrasonic irradiation time> ultrasonic power. According to the L4-2-3orthogonal means,the preferred extraction conditions was acquired,the ultrasonic irradiation time, temperature and power were respective10min,40℃and600W.
