| Good genetic characteristics is the prerequisite to achieve high yield and quality forwheat production, and management measures and natural conditions also has a veryimportant role on yield and quality of wheat.This paper choose the fertilization and plantingdensity as the research emphasis to study the effect on population quality, photosyntheticcharacteristics, water use efficiency, yield and quality of dry land winter wheat Pubing9946under five fertilization level and four planting density.The main findings are as follows:1.Planting density has a significant influence on dry matter accumulation of winterwheat at anthesis stage and a highly significant influence double ridge stage, jointing andfilling stage; Fertilization level only has a very significant influence on dry matteraccumulation of winter wheat at double ridge stage and filling stage; There was not anyinteraction between fertilization and planting density on dry matter accumulation of winterwheat in the whole growth period.The tiller number of winter wheat is increasing with theincrease of planting density.The tiller number of winter wheat firstly increased and thendecreased with the advance of growth stage.Planting density and the interactions betweenplanting density and fertilization have no significant effect on flag leaf area, panicle length,plant height and rachis internode length; Fertilization has a very significant effect onindividual character of winter wheat.The fertilization is more important than the plantingdensity for the individual character of winter wheat under the condition of thisexperiment.The flag leaf area, panicle length, plant height and rachis internode length has themaximum under the treatment A3B4, A4B4, A2B4, A1B2respectively,and the maximumvalues are18.53cm~2,9.40cm,104.55cm,12.28cm respectively.The root shoot ratio of winterwheat declined with the advance of growth stage.2.Different fertilization levels and planting density have remarkable regulation functionon photosynthetic physiologic characteristics of winter wheat.Fertilization and plantingdensity have a significant influence on photosynthesis, a highly significant effect on stomatal conductance and transpiration velocity and no significant influence on intercellular CO2concentration.It also have a significantly impact on SPAD of flag leaf in the whole life period,especially for the jointing stage and filling stage.Under the conditions of this experiment, thewinter wheat could get relatively stable and high SPAD of flag leaf in the whole growthperiod with the increase of the planting density and fertilization appropriately.The SPAD offlag leaf at different periods positively correlated with efficient panicle, grain number perspike and yield and negatively correlated with1000-grains weight.The effect of the SPAD offlag leaf on efficient panicle, grain number per spike and yield begin at jointing stage andmainly in jointing stage and the anthesis stage.3.Different fertilization levels and planting density have a significant influence onefficient panicle,1000-grains weight and grain number per spike and very significant effecton yield.The treatment A3B4has the maximum grain number per spike and yield (44.92and9873.00kg/hm~2respectively), and it also has a higher effective panicles and1000-grainsweight.4.Different fertilization levels and planting density have remarkable regulation functionon water use efficiency of winter wheat.Similar with the change trend of yield, water useefficiency of winter wheat increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of plantingdensity and fertilizing amount.Compare with the control, fertilization could improve thewater use efficiency of winter wheat.The water use efficiency of A3B4treatment reaches amaximum (11.89kg/hm~2·mm), followed by A3B5treatment.5.The3-valuation for yield varied with the increase of planting density, the grainvaluation and weight valuation increased, while spike valuation first increased and thendecreased.With the fertilizer rate increasing, spike valuation and weight valuation firstincreased and then decreased and grain valuation increased.6.Different fertilization levels and planting density have remarkable regulation functionon the main quality of winter wheat Pubing9946.The grain hardness and protein contentincreased with the increase of the fertilization amounts and decreased with the increase of theplanting density; The sedimentation shows a “W†type distribution trends; Wet glutenincreased with the amount of fertilizer increasing.For all treatment, grain hardness,sedimentation value, protein content, wet gluten reached the maximum under treatment A3B5,A2B5, A3B5, A2B5, the maximum value is0.67%,24.68ml,0.12%,0.25%respectively. |
