The ecological status of Zhungeer Qi is currently in the critical period of basic curb thedeterioration to continuous improvement. Therefore, in the side of ecological governance, weshould increase the technology support and explore with comprehensive management modecombined with the promotion value, application prospect and demonstration, with ecologicalconstruction sustained, rapid, healthy development. In this planning, science and technologydemonstration park planning on soil and water conservation of sandstone areas inHuangfuchuan basin is as a case to study the present situation of the construction andexploration of the combination of biological and engineering measures. Through planningreasonable and scientific ecological demonstration zone, the effective combination of the finalformation of ecological landscape and scientific management innovate ecological governancemodel, which has great significance in the aspects of environment, economy, culture for thelocal. At the same time, we can accumulate new experience for our country governance insandstone areas. Through this researching, I get the following main progress:1)On the basic of analyzing the regional geology, geomorphology, climate, waterresources and river runoff and sediment on abortion of Pisha Sandstone, I propose the generalguiding ideology for the construction of soil and Water Conservation Park Pisha Sandstonearea, which is combining with prevention and control demonstration, popularization ofscience and technology, scientific research cooperation, publicity and education, leisure andtourism, in order to build up a harmonious framework of soil and water conservation,ecological environment and sustainable development.2) Planning and construction period is two years. The total area of planning research areais35.18km2, science and technology demonstration park planning of soil and waterconservation covers70hm2. Science and technology park overall is rectangular. divided intofour big functions which is the core area, protection, monitoring area, extended function area.High in the northwest and low in southeast.3) Through the establishment of science and technology demonstration park of soil andwater conservation, soil erosion degree will increase from18.07%to84.16%, and Soilerosion will be effectively controlled. Through the centralized display and demonstration ofecological management mode, to provide the basis for Pisha Sandstone hilly and gully area of plant varieties, portfolio allocation, layout of planting, planting mode. It can more help tointroducte of suitable plant species and to maintain good local biodiversity environment.
