Science And Technology Demonstration Park Planning Of Soil And Water Conservation In Jinling River Basin Of Baoji City

Science and technology demonstration park is a new type of soil and water lossmanagement mode which is the collection of the conservation of soil and water and socialpropaganda, scientific research and popularization, demonstration and leisure tourism,at thesame time it is the new development of soil and water conservation work. This study baseedon a project which is science and technology Demonstration Park of soil and waterconservation in baoji Jin Linghe river basin. On the basis of systematic analyzing the presentland use, topography and geomorphology characteristics of the Jin Linghe watershed,combined with the present situation of project construction and the concept of landscapeplanning and landscape, through the reasonable scientific plangning to construct a distinctivescience and technology demonstration park of urban soil and water conservation.This designnot only provides a basis for soil and water conservation of the Jin Linghe basin, but alsoaccumulates new experience for the construction of Chinese science and technologydemonstration park of soil and water conservation, at the same time offering reference for thesimilar project’s planning and design. The main results as follows:(1) On the basis of systematic analyzing topography, climate, weather, economic andland use,we put forward the planning content and partition, including core area, demonstrationgarden, and general control area;(2) The core area mainly constructs ecological corridor around the tableland landscaperode, which makes it becomes the axis of the whole demonstration park, through theconstruction of landscape nodes and planting flower and shrubs in a mixing way to builddifferent forms of landscape effect around nodes and road.(3) The construction of demonstration park is around the core, and its main constructioncontents include four functional partitions: science and technology demonstration area,ecological tourism area，ecological landscape forest demonstration area, and economic forestexhibit area, at last measures design and drawing were made to different partition.(4) The general control area constructs ecological restoration and vegetation area, solidtableland and non-point source pollution control area mainly outside the demonstration park,which will create a good ecological environment for demonstration park.
