In recent years as the demand for pulpwood increased year by year, eucalyptus plantation acreage also will be the rapid growth of the national average annual growth area of about350,000hectares. Pursuant to a conservative estimate of demand for eucalyptus seedlings in more than1billion per year, and also a rate of ten percent increments. Eucalyptus seedlings at this stage in the process of cultivating the use of solid inorganic fertilizer dissolved root application, fertilizer and can not be completely dissolved, resulting in excessive application of situation is becoming more serious. And inorganic fertilizer fertilizer short duration, significant leaching effect, resulting in lower utilization of fertilizer nutrients. Excessive application can also cause soil compaction, soil microbial activity was reduced, resulting in a significant negative impact on the ecological environment.This test in the first application of N:P:K=18:6:6, N:P:K=15:6:9and N:P: K=15:9:6three different nutrient content prefabricated marsh liquid fertilizer formula by measuring the shape of sand culture eucalyptus seedlings after fertilization growth indicators and physiological and biochemical indexes obtained the optimal ratio of fertilizer nutrient content. And then apply the the biogas fertilizer formula, concentrated three different types of biogas slurry and inorganic fertilizer, in line with the optimal ratio of fertilizer nutrient content, soil culture eucalyptus seedlings fertilizer comparative test in accordance with the same experimental design, draw biogas fertilizer formula compared to the difference between the two fertilising role in the growth of eucalyptus seedlings. After fertilization on soil nutrient content and chemical properties were determined to draw the three kinds nutrient content of different types of fertilizer on the soil. Through the test to the following conclusions:(1)Biogas fertilizer formula in sand eucalyptus seedling growth in trials, N:P:K=18:6:6biogas fertilizer formula ratio compared to the other two ratio for the seedling height the value respectively3.11%and14.97%; the ground diameter values were20.45%and10.42%; root dry weight and leaf dry weight, respectively, weight78.48%,36.89%and50.00%,23.17%; total biomass and root to shoot ratio46.84%,33.59%and30.00%,30.00%, and variance analysis was significant (P<0.05).N:P:K=18:6:6ratio in leaf photosynthetic physiological characteristics compared to the other two ratio of net photosynthesis rate were higher by1.00%and1.00%respectively; stomatal conductance value0.98%intercellular CO2concentration, respectively,0.14%and0.17%and3.27%; Although not significadifference (P<0.05), but in the transpiration rate and water use efficiency difference is significant (P<0.05), respectively,10.19%,11.81%and9.52%,6.98%.N:P:K=18:6:6ratio of the role of the plant chlorophyll and the accumulation of soluble sugar content compared to the other two ratio values obtained after application chlorophyll content, respectively,0.9and0.9, but soluble sugar content is low0.020%and0.026%. Comprehensive analysis of the light of these conclusions:N: P:k=18:6:6for optimal nutritional elements applied for eucalyptus seedlings biogas fertilizer formula ratio of solid to take the ratio of follow-up eucalyptus seedlings Soil Culture.(2) Nutrient content of different type of fertilizer on the soil culture eucalyptus seedling growth test, the biogas fertilizer formula compared to the concentrated application of biogas slurry and inorganic fertilizer, high eucalyptus tree seedlings increased8.84%and17.29%, the value of the ground diameter increased by17.02%and27.91%, root, stem dry weight, respectively, weight gain41.13%,1.06%,13.33%and24.11%,13.10%,29.04%, total biomass increased by13.18%and22.13%, in the root crown ratio, and inorganic fertilizer treatment compared with no added fertilizer is added to the configuration process25%-30%. Application and other nutrient content of different type of fertilizer seedlings tree height, diameter, root dry weight of leaves and total biomass values are reached significant difference (P<0.05), and the the seedling stem weight value and seedling shoot ratio the difference was not significant (P<0.05).:The fertilizer contains the biogas ingredients can promote the growth of eucalyptus seedlings morphological analysis can be obtained from the above conclusion.The leaf photo synthetic physiological characteristics measured in the test results show that the inorganic compound fertilizer seedlings net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2concentration values were higher than the value of the biogas fertilizer formula and concentrated biogas processing7.41%,6.15%,1.43%and17.17%,21.02%,3.63%; the the biogas fertilizer formula obtained by the transpiration rate of12.79%and10.48%of the value, respectively, compared with the other two deal with processing high; Promise fertilizer processing moisture use efficiency were17.26%and15.22%, higher than the other two treatment. According to the data analyzed, the application of three fertilizer leaves of eucalyptus seedlings net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2concentration measured values are up to the level of significant difference (P<0.05); the biogas fertilizer formula obtained by transpiration rate value compared to the other two deal with significant difference (P<0.05) between the two treatment difference was not significant (P<0.05); inorganic compound fertilizer processing water use efficiency compared to the other two processing to achieve significant difference (P<0.05), no significant difference between the two treatment (P<0.05). Based on the above analysis can be obtained:fertilizer contains inorganic fertilizer treatment on leaf photosynthetic physiological characteristics influence.Effects of biogas fertilizer formula of chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content than concentrated biogas processing and inorganic compound fertilizer processing5.6,1.9and0.060%,0.044%.In summary, the the biogas fertilizer formula and other nutrient content compared to concentrated biogas slurry and inorganic fertilizer can significantly increase the the eucalyptus seedlings morphological and physiological indicators, the photosynthetic growth characteristics as well as chlorophyll and soluble sugar content, the growth of eucalyptus seedlings play good role in promoting.(3)The biogas fertilizer formula can be more effective compared to other fertilizer to improve soil physical and chemical properties, soil nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic matter content were increased by143.6%,186.1%,243.2%and78.4%, PH value increased by0.6, to reduce the degree of soil acidification, soil conditions create easy to plant roots absorb nutrients elements, a comprehensive assessment is better than the other two fertilizer treatments.Application of biogas slurry in Eucalyptus seedling cultivation process formula fertilizer, can be partially or completely replace inorganic fertilizers. This improves the efficiency in the use of nutritional elements, to reduce the environmental risks caused by long-term excessive application of chemical fertilizers, and significantly improved soil conditions, provided valuable experience for the the eucalyptus seedlings rationalization planting.
