The economic benefits of intensive dairy farms will depend on the reserve cattle breeding level, but at present each farm are not paying better attention to cultivation of reserve cattle, reserve cattle cultivation appears high disease incidence, growth retardation, higher mortality rate such phenomena, especially in lactational diseases happen mainly concentrated in diarrhoea and pneumonia this two symptoms, so to discuss disease prevention of lactational calves and guarantee growing development is the problem which need dairy farming clinical production application filed to be concerned. This study established lactation calf child care methods, having adopted different nurse ways to compare, using2.5kilograms calf feed pot to feed relatively same volume by stainless steel pot can effectively reduce the diarrhea rate by36.67%, to decrease pneumonia by6.67%, lower mortality rate by10%, and the cure rate increased by13.34%, through using pasteurization to milk, comparing with conventional bain-marie milk, the diarrhea rate reduced by70.00%, pneumonia rate reduced20.00%, mortality rates fell by10.00%, and the cure rate increased by23.344%.By adding bacillus subtilis to milk feeding lactation calves, observing diarrhea and cold morbidity days of calves, daily gain such situations to analyze comprehensively, to observe its effect on the growth and development of catties, and the results found that experimental group terminal weight, absolute weight and daily gain were extremely significant difference with control group (P<0.01), daily gain increased by180.6g/d, the rate of diarrhea days take up experiment days, the rate of pneumonia days take up experiment days have significant difference with control group (P<0.05). It is concluded that bacillus subtilis is added in the calf diet can significantly increase the weight and daily gain of calf, and to add bacillus subtilis in the diet can significantly reduce the morbidity time of diarrhea and cold.Through carrying on different dose intramuscular iron dextran to born catties, detecting the concentration of red blood cells in the blood, and weighing regularly. The results show that intramuscular5ml as group1and intramuscular10ml as group2, after injection, the concentration of red blood cells was obviously higher than control group which is not injected, and remains the level at more than7.0%in the blood; the daily gain of group1and group2was obviously higher than control group, more than660g/day. In addition, group1which inject with10ml iron dextran and group2inject with5ml hemoglobin, the difference is not abvious, and average daily gain also is not apparent. That is to say, iron dextran injection can promote the growth and development of calf. Conclusion:this study established a feasible and effective feeding way of lactation calves, regarding pasteurized milk pot feeding as standard procedure, and add bacillus subtilis in the milk to build the advantage probiotics group, taking active immune technology measures of iron dextran injection to newborn calf, from the foundation to ensure the health of the calf, and improved the growth and development, to reduce the morbidity and mortality, it lays a certain foundation for intensive and high density production of dairy farming.Thymopentin were injected into female calves’muscle,at4and15d.p.p(days postpartum), after this, eigtht blood routine main indicators of control group and test group were not determined until15,25and40d.p.p(days postpartum).Comprehensive analysis and study indicated that thymopentin improved the count of white blood cell in lactant calves in test group and overall incidence was significantly lower than the control group. This demonstrated that thymopentin enhanced the lactant calves anti-infection effect. However, as the elongation of body’s metabolic process of thymopentin and day age, it weakened the proliferation of white blood cells.
