Blueberry (Semen Trigonellae) contains many kinds of physiologically active compounds, such as anthoyanin, fayones. Blueberry has a variety of physiologically active effects, such as inoxidizability, promoting erythrosine resynthesis, anti-inflammatory, enhangcingimmunity and cardiovascular disease resistance. In this experiment, researcher takes blueberry as materials, studies the influence of the different harvest time and different exogenous substances on antioxidant compounds of blueberry fructifications. The three exogenous substances contains GNT,BR and ABA, these three according to the following concentration gradients to spray application:the concentration gradient of ABA:300mg/L,600mg/L,900mg/L; the concentration gradient of BR:0.01mg/L,0.03mg/L,0.05mg/L; the concentration gradient of GNT:40μmol/L,80μmol/L.This experinment surveys and evaluates the content of anthoyanin and favoes in blueberry fructifications, measures antioxidant abilities, and assessed the antioxidant capacity of blueberry by gauging SOD and POD activity and investigates the influence of both different harvest time and different exogenous substances on blueberry fructifications. The main results are as follows:During the harvest time the main active contents,anthocyanin and flavonoids,of blueberries significantly increased,FRAP, TEAC and DPPH activity increased,and SOD activity increased,but POD activity reduced,which trend was showing no difference between these two cultivars.Therefore,the main active compound contents and activities of blueberry fruits may be attributed to the different harvest time,which were positive or negative relationships.Contrust with the control groups,all of GNT, ABA and BR have effect on the improvement of its active substances inside inordinately. By studying on FRAP, TEAC and DPPH,each exogenous substances effects on well. ABA has got the most salience influencing effect on fruit weight.During the experiments of flavonoids,these three kinds exogenous substances all have Promoted.But the results of the determination in anthocyanin,BR benefits best,either does GNT.The experimental groups of spraying GNT benefit the activity of SOD most of all,while the experimental groups of spraying BR benefit the activity of POD most of all.
