| Ground cover plants occupies an important position in the plant community hierarchy, the application number of groundcover plants and the types are relatively both few and single in Harbin, and light conditions of habitat affect the landscape expression.So, setting shade light environment and different cultivation conditions artificially, it was studied that are on the growth and related physiological changes and differences of landscape effect, science evaluation and scientific basis for the application of the cover plant in Harbin were provided.This study choosed six kinds of ground cover plants in Gardens as test material:Potentilla centigrana Maxim., Hosta ’So Sweet’., Hosta undulata Baliey., Sedum roseum Stev., Glechoma longituba., Sedum spectabile cv. iceberg.. By shading treatment in different degrees (no covering is full light, covering25%,50%,75%or95%of the light). The data of physiological and biochemical indexes was processed, statistical analysis, that obtains six cover shade tolerance relation and the shading range of the most suitable strength for the growth. At the same time, studying the six ground cover plants by plant cultivation, the phenophase observation etc.,know the plant growth and cutting propagation regularity of ornamental characteristics and landscape accurately.The main results were as follows:1. The shading effects on plant photosynthetic characteristics:plant photosynthetic characteristics index of six ground cover plants changed differently significantly in different shading treatments. The LCP of Hosta, Potentilla centigrana and Glechoma longituba are between0and20μmo·m-2·s-1; LCP values of Sedum are in80~100μmol·m-2·s-1the LSP of6kinds plant were in200-400μmol·m·2s-1. Potentilla centigrana, Glechoma longituba, Hosta ’So Sweet’., Hosta undulata are strong shadow resistance, Sedum roseum Stev., Sedum spectabile cv. iceberg, are for half a shadow scene environment. The strength6ground cover plants’ shade resistance is:Potentilla centigrana Maxim.> Hosta undulata Baliey.> Hosta ’So Sweet’.> Glechoma longituba.> Sedum spectabile cv. iceberg.> Sedum roseum Stev. According to six farming by plant photosynthetic parameters and combining with the actual growth performance, the shade optimum range of six ground covers’s landscape application is concluded comprehensively:the range of Hosta ’So Sweet’, and Hosta undulata Baliey. is50%-75%, the range of Glechoma longituba and Potentilla centigran is25%-75%, the range of Sedum spectabile cv. iceberg is0%-50%, the range of Sedum roseum Stev is0%-25%.2. The shading effect on plant physiological and biochemical index is different: With the increase of shading degree, plants" content of chlorophyll increased significantly, electrical conductivity values increased or decreased unevenly, specific leaf weight reducted, SOD activity as a whole increased (the plants of Sedum increased after the lower), POD content were in "V" type change except two plants of Sedum, the content of soluble sugar and MDA reduced in different degrees, no significant change in soluble protein. Integrated plant photosynthetic parameters, the optimum shade range of ground cover plants were obtained:Sedum roseum Stev. is adapted to all light environment, Sedum spectabile cv. iceberg and Glechoma longituba. are adapted to the25%of the shade degree, Hosta ’So Sweet’. and Potentilla centigrana Maxim, are adapted to the75%of the shade degree, Hosta undulata Baliey. is adapted to the50%of the shade degree..3. ground cover plants cultivation, phenophase observation:cutting research in different matrix, concentration of exogenous hormone, concluded the two plants of Sedum s cultivation are suitable for substrate scene in the garden soil+vermiculite+perlite (1:1:1) and garden soil+sand (1:3), when concentration of NAA+IBA (1:1) is400mg/l, rooting rate is90%,and rooting length is4.87cm; Glechoma longituba. s cultivation is suitable for substrate scene in the garden soil+vermiculite+perlite (1:1:1), when concentration of NAA+IBA (1:1) is200mg/l, rooting rate is95%,and rooting length is longer than8cm; Potentilla centigrana is suitable for substrate scene in thevermiculite+perlite (1:1),at the same time,respectively when concentration of NAA+IBA (1:1) is800mg/1, rooting rate is95%,and rooting length is12.83cm.Studying different planting density, soding time of six ground cover plants was concluded. |
