Scylla serrata is the topics in this issue. It will preliminary investigate the affect of the artificial formulated feed and the insect powder which increase in. The main contents were shown as follows:Study nutritional biology of the serrata in Experiment1.Collect samples of the serrata from natural sea area separately in summer and winter to analyze its fed habits, it shows that serrata is carnivorous animal, prefer animal protein obviously, shellfish snail、and other crustaceans is its favorite food; at the same time, detect the nutrition composition of its muscle, reach conclusion that containing13.6%protein,0.02%lipid,11.98%total amino acids.The second item of the trials was to develop the practical prescription. The paper designed five treatment prescriptions.A54-day feeding experiment was conducted to detect the growth of the serrata seedling (C1) per18-days. The results showed that the growth was significantly affected by the level of nutrition in artificial formulated feed.And Serrata fed the diets NO.2showed the richest growth, significantly difference between other groups; Therefore, under this experimental condition, the most appropriate level of nutrition which correspond the demand of serrata is46%protein and4%lipidBased on the results of Step2to designed three different formulations is Step3. First of all, use diets I and diets II for the experimental group as the attractant. Reach a conclusion that diets II has significantly affect as the attractant. Secondly, detect the growth rate and the digestive enzyme of the serrata seedling (C1) as an index. It showed that dietsⅢ>dietsⅡ> HaiMa> diets I, and has significantly difference between groups.Finally, designed four feeding experiment which add different concentrations of insect powder (T1=4%, T2=8%, T3=16%, T4=32%).The growth rate and the digestive enzyme of serrata was improved when the concentrations of insect powder was increased under this experimental conditions, and the affect reach the best when the concentrations from8%to16%, but the growth rate and the digestive enzyme of serrata would go down when the concentrations of the insect powder still subjoin.It obviously shows that the insect power has certain attract on serrata eating, and has the best growth when the concentrations on16%.
