The study mainly evaluated the effects of NSP enzymes adding in the three different diets fed yellow chickens by following experiments. In the experiment1, the experiment was to investigate the effects of NSP enzymes on production performance, dietary nutrient metabolizablity, serum biochemical indices, carcass quality, intestinal microfiora and digesta viscosity of yellow chickens fed corn-soybean meal diets. One hundred and eighty Guangxi yellow chickens(average of hen and cock) at five-week-old were selected and randomly divided into Ⅰ、Ⅱ、III three groups, six replicates of each group, each replicate pen with ten birds, I is control group, fed Corn-soybean meal basal diets, II-. III are trial groups, fed basal diet+0.01%xylanase and basal diet+0.01%xylanase+0.01%β-mannanase respectively. The results showed as follows:in the former period (6-9weeks),average daily gain(ADG),daily feed intake (ADFI) of group II and III was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05) respectively. In the later period(10-13weeks), ADG、ADFI and F/G were not significantly difference between groups, In the whole period (6-13weeks),ADG and ADFI of group III was significantly increased compared with control group(P <0.05).The apparent nutrient utilization of dietary energy, dry matter. and calcium of group Ⅲwas significantly increased compared with control group (P<0.05), and Serum albumin and triacylglycerol of group III was the same (P<0.05). The number of coliform bacteria and lactobacillus in the cecum and the gut digesta viscosity between control and trial groups were no significantlly difference.Obviously, production performance and nutrient metabolizablity, fuction of physiology and biochemisty was improved certainly by adding xylanase and β-mannanase in corn-soybean meal diets to feed yellow chickens. In the experiment2, the experiment was to investigate the effects of NSP enzymes on production performance, dietary nutrient metabolizablity, serum biochemical indices, carcass quality, intestinal microflora and digesta viscosity of yellow chickens fed Wheat-soybean-palm kernel meal diets. One hundred and eighty Guangxi yellow chickens(average of hen and cock) at five-week-old were selected and randomly divided into Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅱ three groups, six replicates of each group, each replicate pen with ten birds, Ⅰ is control group, fed Wheat-soybean-palm kernel meal basal diets, Ⅱ、Ⅲ are trial groups, fed basal diet+0.01%xylanase and basal diet+0.01%xylanase+0.01%β-mannanase respectively. The results showed as follows:In the former period (6-9weeks), ADG、ADFI and F/G were not significantly difference between groups, In the later period(10-13weeks), ADG of group Ⅱ andⅢ was significantlly increased compared with control group(P<0.05),(F/G) was also significantly decreased (P<0.05), In the whole period(6-13weeks),(F/G) of group Ⅱ andⅢ was significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).The apparent nutrient utilization of dietary energy in group II was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05),The apparent metabolizablity nutrient utilization of dietary crude protein(CP), and nitrogen free extract(NFE) in groupⅢ was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05). Serum total cholesterol(T-Cho) of group Ⅲwas increased significantly compared with control group(P<0.05),the urea nitrogen(UN) of group Ⅱ was decreased significantly(P <0.05),The number of lactobacillus in the cecum of group Ⅱ、Ⅲ were significantly increased compared with control group (P<0.05) but the coliform bacteria in the cecum of group Ⅱ、Ⅲ were significantly decreased (P<0.05),The gut digesta viscosity of group Ⅱ、Ⅲwas also significantly decreased(P<0.05). There were no significant difference about carcass quality.Obviously, production performance and the apparent nutrient metabolizablity of CF and NFE Serum T-Cho and health of intestinal was improved by adding xylanase and it with β-mannanase in Wheat-soybean-palm kernel meal diets to feed yellow chickens, in the same time, Serum UN and gut digesta viscosity was descreaed. In the experiment3, the experiment was to investigate the effects of NSP enzymes on production performance, dietary nutrient metabolizablity, serum biochemical indices, carcass quality, intestinal microflora and digesta viscosity of yellow chickens fed Corn-paddy-soybean-palm kernel-meal diets. One hundred and eighty Guangxi yellow chickens (average of hen and cock) at five-week-old were selected and randomly divided into Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ three groups, six replicates of each group, each replicate pen with ten bird I is control group, fed Corn-paddy-soybean palm kernel-meal basal diets Ⅱ、Ⅲ are trial groups, fed basal diet+0.01%xylanase and basal diet+0.01%xylanase+0.01%β-mannanase respectively. The results showed as follows:In the former period (6-9weeks), ADG、ADFI and F/G were not significantly difference between groups, In the later period(10-13weeks), ADG of group Ⅱ andⅢ was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0,05), F/G was also decreased (P<0.05), In the whole period (6-13weeks), F/G of group II andⅢwas significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).The apparent nutrient utilization of dietary energy in group Ⅱ andⅢwas significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05). The apparent nutrient utilization of DM dietary in group II was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05), Serum of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) of group Ⅲ was increased significantly(P<0.05),the Alkaline Phosphatase(ALP) was decreased significantly(P <0.05). The number of lactobacillus in the cecum of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly increased compared with control group (P<0.05) but the coliform bacteria in the cecum of group Ⅱ andⅢ were significantly decreased (P<0.05),The gut digesta viscosity and carcass quality was also no significantly difference among groups.Obviously, production performance and nutrient metabolizablity of energy and health of intestinal was improved by adding xylanase and it with β-mannanase in Corn-paddy-soybean-palm kernel-meal diets to feed yellow chickens. In the same time, the activity GPT was significantly increased by adding xylanase and β-mannanase ALP was descreaed significantly. In short, the function of adding complex enzyme was better.
