Choosing one year old national level Ⅱ protection of wild plants Erythrophleum fordii seedlings as experimental materials, analysis the influence of different centrations (0(CK)、5、15、25、35、45mg/L) of three plant growth regulators(GGR6、GA3、NAA)have on Erythrophleum fordii seedling growth, physiological and Photosynthetic characteristics. Test part of growth index、 physiological index and photosynthetic index to carry out the comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Screening the best combination of the plant growth regulator type and concentration. And preliminarary discussion the action mechanism of the plant growth regulators on the Erythrophleum fordii seedling. The main conclusion of this experiment has follow several points:Firstly:In the growth characteristics:three kinds plant growth regulators all could promoting growth of Erythrophleum fordii seedling in its appropriate concentration. the best plant growth regulator is GGR6,it is extremely effective in promoting root morphogenesis, increased accumulation of dry biomass and the fresh weight,followed by GA3,once again for NAA. Analysis the concentration of three plant growth regulators,GGR6best concentration is35mg/L.GA3best concentration is25mg/L or35mg/L.NAA best concentration is15mg/L. The best combined of plant growth regulators type and concentration for Erythrophleum fordii seedling growth is GGR6at its concentration35mg/L.Secondly,In the physiological characteristics:to some extent,three plant growth regulator could affects the physiological of Erythrophleum fordii seedling.The leaf relative conductivity,MDAcontent,SOD activity,and POD activity have descend.enhance the root activity,promote the accumulation of the carbohydrates(soluble sugar and soluble protein).Analysis the impacts from the type of plant growth regulator, GGR6has some advantages in descend the relative conductivity,MDAcontent,SODactivity, enhance the root activity and promote the soluble protein.GA3has some advantage in enhance the soluble sugar and reduce the POD activity. Analysis the best concentrations of three plant growth regulators,GGR6best promote concentrations is35mg/L,GA3best promote concentrations is25mg/L or35mg/L,and NAA best promte concentration is15mg/LThirdly,In the photosynthetic characteristics,three plant growth regulator all could affects the photosynthetic indexs of the Erythrophleum fordii seedling, the best plant growth regulator is GGR6,followed by GA3, once again for NAA. And they have different best concentration for Erythrophleum fordii seedling photosynthetic,GGR6at a concentration of35mg/L, the Pn、Cond、Trmmol is highest,while the Ci is lowest,Present a regular change.when its concentration at25mg/L,the chl content highest.when the GA3at the concentrations35mg/L,its various photosynthetic indexes(Pn、Cond、Trmmol、Ci、chl)all optimum.NAA best regulator concentrations is15mg/L.Finally,consideration the comprehensive effects, three plant regulator all could enhance quality of the Erythrophleum fordii seedling,but different kinds of plant growth regulator has different effects.Correlation analysis between each index show that the growth index,physiological index and Photosynthetic index have some correlation.The first Principal component ranking of the principal analysis make known the optimal combination of plant growth regulators and concentrations is35mg/L GGR6. Using the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation the quality of the Erythrophleum fordii seedling. Conclusion that the best combination of plant growth regulators and concentrations is35mg/L also.its result consistent with the principal component analysis.
