| The paper takes the annual Erythrophleum fordii seedling as trial materials, using L9 (34) orthogonal design to carry out the proportion experiment. Discuss the effect of growth, physiology and photosynthetic characteristics under different ratio of NPK fertilizer application on Erythrophleum fordii seedling. Evaluate the quality of seedlings under different proportion of fertilizer through analysing the consequence of its index. Finally select the most suitable ratio of fertilizer and explore the rapid breeding technology and reasonable fertilizer application in landscaping planting of Erythrophleum fordii. The results of the study are as follows:l.The proportion of NPK fertilization has different influences for promoting Erythrophleum fordii seedling’s growth and development, and different proportion of fertilizer on Erythrophleum fordii seedling’s growth indicators have differences. The maximum number of plant height growth, diameter growth, biomass, root length, root surface area and the primary of lateral root appears in N2P3K1 group, which urea is 2.2g, calcium superphosphate is 1.5g, potassium chloride is 0.3g each plant. Within a certain range, plant height, ground diameter, biomass, leaf area and the growth of root system of Erythrophleum fordii seedlings are increasing with the increase of fertilizer rate, acceleration will be weakened after excess a certain range. Erythrophleum fordii seedling root growth are greatly influenced by nitrogen, phosphorus.In the condition of nitrogen is consistent, exerting a moderate amount of phosphate fertilizer will promote root growth of Erythrophleum fordii seedling.2. NPK fertilization has different influences on the content of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein of Erythrophleum fordii seedlings. As seedlings constantly growing, the content of each index are also increasing, and the increase rate are different. Potassium element have bigger influence on the chlorophyll content, and phosphorus element have larger influence on soluble sugar, as well nitrogen element have bigger influence on the content of soluble protein. Plant nutrient will larger with the increase of NPK fertilizer.3. After carrying out different NPK fertilizer on seedings, maximum net photosynthetic rate and light utilization efficiency of each treatment group get improved; Its net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate have improved significantly. Net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, have a higher correlation between each other. The larger the stomatal conductance is, the larger the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate are; In a whole, the influence rank of NPK element on Erythrophleum fordii seedling photosynthesis is potassium bigger than nitrogen, and phosphorus.4. The correlation is obvious between growth index and growth index, nutrient content and nutrient content, physiological indexes and physiological indexes, photosynthesis and photosynthetic. On the contrary, The correlation is low between different index. On the basis of the QI seedling quality index evaluation, the best quality of the treatment group is N2P3K1.
