The experiment design was randomized blocks on Zhangzagu5and Jingu21applied by two which conclude gibberellin and abscisicacid, measured dynamic variation of agronomic traits, photosynthetic pigment contents, photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and yield after plant growth regulators treatment were measured to discuss the influence of two plant growth regulators on millet and photosynthetic physiological mechanism, and screened efficient plant growth regulator and its dosages. The main results showed as follows:1. GA can increase plant height, leaf area, leaf number and other agronomic traits of Zhangzagu5and Jingu21; Improve the chlorophyll a (Chla), chlorophyll b (Chlb), total chlorophyll (Chla+Chlb) and carotenoid (Car) of photosynthetic pigment content; Increase the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs), decrease intercellular co2concentration (Ci); Can reduce the minimal fluorescence (Fo), improve the maximal fluorescence (Fm), maximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) and electron transport rate (ETR) levels. Gibberellin concentration of30mg·L-1, the treatment effect was most pronounced for Zhangzagu5; When the concentration of gibberellin to20mg·L-1, the treatment effect was most pronounced for Jingu21.2. ABA can decrease plant height, leaf area, leaf number and other agronomic traits of Zhangzagu5and Jingu21; Reduce the chlorophyll a (Chla), chlorophyll b (Chlb), total chlorophyll (Chla+Chlb) and carotenoid (Car) of photosynthetic pigment content; Lower the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs), increase intercellular co2concentration (Ci); Can improve the minimal fluorescence (Fo), reduce the maximal fluorescence (Fm), maximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) and electron transport rate (ETR) levels. Abscisicacid concentration of12mg·L-1, the treatment effect was most pronounced for Zhangzagu5; When the concentration of abscisicacid to24mg·L-1, the treatment effect was most pronounced for Jingu21.3. GA and ABA can increase the grain weight per spike, thousand kernel weight and yield. Among them, the concentration of gibberellin to30mg·L-1, the yield of Zhangzagu5reaches557.4kg/667m2; concentration of20mg·L-1, the production of Jingu21reaches324kg/667m2. The concentration of abscisicacid to12mg·L-1, the yield of Zhangzagu5reaches559.9kg/667m2; concentration of24mg·L-1, the output of Jingu21reaches329kg/667m2.
