This research was conducted to evaluate the effect of CM bacterial manure(1:200,1:500,1:800),"Rongdafeng" humic acid fertilizer (1:200,1:500,1:800), petrochemicalbacteria (1:30,1:60,1:90)on the growth, physiological and biochemical index, quality and yield of"Jixin" strawberry by root application and foliage spray on the basic of base fertilizer.,whichcompared with water and traditional topdressing erea.The results showed that:1. Boletus CM bacterialmanure can significantiy increase various measures of strawberry whencompared with water,and1:500was the best concentration of boletus CM bacterial manure inroot application and foliage spray,effect of root application was better than foliage spray.Compared with urea, CMg2which was the best treatment can significantly increase growth,physiological and biochemical index, quality and yield in full fruit period.2. Compared with water,"Rongdafeng" can significantiy increase various measures ofstrawberry when used in the concentration of1:500and1:800by root application, or used in theconcentration of1:800by foliage spray. And1:500was the best concentration ofboletus"Rongdafeng" humic acid fertilizer in root application and foliage spray. Compared withurea,"Rongdafeng" in concentration of1:500by root application, which was the best treatment,can significantly increase growth,quality, proline content and yield in full fruit period. Theeffect on MDA and SOD were equal to urea.3. Boletus soloniensis duboison can significantiy increase various measures of strawberry whencompared with water, and1:60was the best concentration of boletus soloniensis duboison in rootapplication and foliage spray. Compared with urea, boletus soloniensis duboison cansignificantly increase growth, quality and proline content when topdressed in the concentrationof1:60, the effect on MDA, SOD and yield in full fruit period were equal to urea.4. Comprehensive compared effect of thoes three kinds of fertilizer, boletus CM bacterialmanurewas the best one. Thoes three kinds of fertilizer all can reduce or replace the use of traditionalfertilizer urea in the right concentration and method of use, which will play important roles inproduction.
