Objective: In order to research of the quality corn straw knead wire microbial silagefeed and feeding holstein cow is better than the traditional silage, the comprehensiveeffect of provides the technical support for the rational utilization of straw resources, also for the further research of straw rubbing wire microbial provide a theoretical basis.Methods:(1) To grain water content was65%~75%corn stalk, use knead microbialand traditional processing technology of silage made respectively. Collect totraditional silage and maize straw wire microbial feed samples, from two aspects ofsensory and laboratory, according to the silage quality evaluation standard, Physicalproperties of the two kinds of feed (color, flavor, texture, unit weight of straw fiberdiameter, length, pH, moisture content) difference in determination of the details ofanalysis.(2)Twenty heads of holstein cows with the same age, number of pregnancy, milkproduction period and milk production were choiced, and then divided into controlgroup and experimental group. Each group of ten heads. Adopt the method of contrastof feeding trials, respectively from corn stalks rub silk microbial and traditional silagefeeding Hector’s cows. Control group and experimental group Holstein cowsenvironment. Other concentrate diet composition, guarantee freedom of cow feedingand drinking water, daily feeding milk once, once in the morning and night. During theexperiment, statistics and analysis of two groups of cows feed speed, feed intake, milkproduction and calculate the cost of feed and milk production economic benefits.Every day in the morning and collected fecal samples at a time, and will be collectedevery day fresh fecal samples of twenty milliliters and mixed blend to add dilutesulpHuric acid. Then determination of nutritional analysis, crude protein, crude fiber, crude ash, acid insoluble ash (AIA). Finally to calculate various nutrient digestibility, and data statistics and analysis by the endogenous tracer method.Results:(1) The method of making corn straw knead wire microbial silage feed thesensory indexes were obviously superior to traditional silage, feeding and materialmoisture content, fiber length is greater than the traditional silage, the fiber diameter isless than traditional silage, the significant difference (P <0.05); PH value is lower thantraditional silage, the difference was not significant (P>0.05);(2) Holstein cow of feeding corn straw knead wire microbial silage feeding speed(8.3kg/h) than traditional feeding silage feeding dairy cows feeding speed (6.25kg/h).Perhead of feeding speed than traditional silage feeding dairy cows, milk production ofhigh, average milk protein content is higher than feeding in traditional silage holsteincows, significant difference (P <0.05); Reduce the feed consumption and improve theeconomic benefit.(3) In the experimental group feed of crude protein, crude fiber, crude ash contentratio Control low of0.79%,0.78%and0.54%respectively, and a significantdifference (P <0.05). Feed the crude protein content is1.52%higher than the controlgroup, the crude fiber content, crude ash content is lower than the control group were1.44%,1.39%, and a significant difference (P <0.05). Group holstein cows, onaverage, the crude protein digestibility, the average crude fiber digestion rate, averagecrude ash digestion rate is higher than the control group, respectively10.55%,5.19%and4.34%, respectively. And a significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:Corn straw knead wire microbial silage of high moisture content, fiber diameter issmall, good palatability. Can improve the feeding speed of holstein cows, feed intake, milk production and the roughage in nutrient digestion and absorption utilization ratio, increasing economic benefits. Provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of straw.
