Xinaomycin is a new uridine nucleoside peptide antibiotic isolated form thefermentation broth of genetically improved strains “Streptomyces noursei XiAo-V\which was also named xinaomycin, Due to its high fungicide activity and goodenvironmental compatibility, nucleoside peptide agricultural antibiotics become oneof hot topics in the current bio-fungicide study. To widen the application range ofxinaomycin and scientifically evaluate its control efficiency, laboratory toxicity, pottedand field control efficacy of xinaomycin against several crops pathogen werestudied.trials. The main results were as follows:1.Antibacterial spectrum of4%xinaomycin AS was determined in laboratory,the results showed,19kinds of crops pathogenic bacteria, Including Fusariumgraminearum, Alternaria solani, Gheosporium fructigenum, Phytophthora capsici, Phytophthora melongenae, Pyricularia grisea, Rhizoctonia cerecdis, Fusariumoxysporum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, VerticilH um dahHae, Botrytis cinerea, Phytophthora parasitica, Colletotrichum capsici, Phomopsis vexans, Fusarium solani, Rhizoctonia solani, Xanthomonas oryzae pv. Oryzae, Erwinia carotovora pv.Carotovora, Pseudomonas syringaepv. Lachryrmans, xinaomycin except for X. oryzaepv. oryzae, K carotovora pv. Carotovora’ P. syring pv. lachryrmans and other3kindsof bacterial diseases was not significantly inhibited, on the other16tested plantpathogenic fungi, they had certain inhibition. Among them, S. sclerotiorum wassignificantly inhibited by xinaomycin, the EC50value was2.61mg/L, which means thetoxicity of xinaomycin against it reached the level of toxicity of chemical pesticides;for P, grisea’ R. cerecdis, R. solani, they had also higher virulence, their EC50valueswere lower than lOOmg/L,63.26,27.36mg11,. P. melongenae, P, parasitica and P,capsiciEC50values were13.07,33.21,79.07mg/L. 2.Systemetic pot experiment was conducted with4%xinaomycin AS. the resultsof its pot experiment against a total of4Plant diseases, including S. sclerotiomm, P.capsici、P. melongenae and B. cinerea, and so forth, suggested that when diluted800times,4%xinaomycin AS had excellent control effects on the S. sclerotiorum, and P.capsici, after7d application the control efficacy achieved68%and59%; for P,melongenae and B. cinerea, the control efficacy was39%and27%respectively.3.Field efficiency of xinaomycin against S. sclerotiorum and R. cerealis wasdetermined,The results showed, when diluted800times,4%xinaomycin AS had aexcellent control effect to S. sclerotiorum and R. cerealis, after lOd applicationdisease index was higher the control efficacy reached65.31%and54.15%respectively.
