In this study8wheat varieties H-5、H-6、H-10、H-9、H-16、H-11、H-14、H-4as experimental materials were used and evaluated the aphid resistance of themby investigating population density of Sitobion avenae、the number of aphid per100plants、ratio of aphid numbers、agronomic traits and so on; meanwhile, which wascombined with Sitobion avenae raised in laboratory conditions to establish the lifetable of experimental population. Responses and influences of growth were studied on8wheat varieties and2purified ω gliadin to Sitobion avenae. The result shows that:1.Through investigating the number of aphid per100plants and ratio of aphidnumbers of8wheat varieties in the field have shown that the number of aphid per100plants of H-16was the highest, up to828, H-11is the least, just344, the differencebetween any two varieties was significant (p<0.05). An evaluation index based onratio of aphid numbers for determing the resistence, H-5, H-6were high resistantvarieties, H-11, H-14and H-4were high susceptible varieties, H-10was pest resistantvariety, H-9and H-16were susceptible varieties.2.Determing the agronomic characteristics of8varieties after artificialinoculation of aphid, the result indicated that high resistant varieties H-5and H-6havehigher1000-grain weight and bulk density, respectively36.54g,795g/L and42g,782g/L; but the high susceptible varietiy H-11has the lowest1000-grain weight andbulk density for14.57g,685g/L.3.After wheat cultivars in vitro leaf feeding Sitobion avenae,the experimentalpopulation life cycle tables of Sitobion avenae were setted up and the experimentalpopulation life parameter were calculated.H-11varieties on the net reproductive rateand finite rate of increase was the highest, the mean generation time was the longest,respectively45.018,1.32, and34.092;H-5on the net reproductive rate and finite rateof increase was the lowest, the mean generation time had minimum number,respectively23.069,1.014and22.755;But the population doubling time and theintrinsic growth rate on the contrary, on the population doubling time was the longestof H-5, the shortest was H-11, respectively4.984and1.973.The rmof Sitobion avenaewas H-11>H-4>H-14>H-9>H-16>H-10>H-6>H-5,population doubling time wasH-5>H-6>H-10>H-16>H-9>H-14>H-4>H-11. 4.On the basis of holomorphic nutrient solution optimization,8wheat leaves andmalts of grinding juice and2ω gliadin artificial breed Sitobion avenae, the influenceof survival on different artificial rearing to Sitobion avenae. The results showed thatthe survival time of Sitobion avenae was the shortest which added the high resistantvariety H-5leaves and malts of grinding juice, survival time were11days and5days,the survival rate of5dayes were40%and10%; survival rate of H-11was the highestthan the others, and the survival time was the longest, respectively18days and10days, the survival rate of5days were80%and60%. Survival time of adding0.03%concentration ω1gliadin artificial rearing was14days; And0.06%concentration was11days; And adding0.03%concentration ω2gliadin artificial rearing was the longest,survival time was15days,0.06%conditions’ was12days.
