In this study, desert riparian forest plant Populus Tarim River is the main objectof study, combined with groundwater level data and River runoff data for eachmonth, using regression analysis, correlation analysis and MK inspection ofmathematical statistics.(1)By Alar hydrological station, the xinquman hydrological station, Yingbazhahydrological stations, hydrological station wusiman monthly runoff and annualrunoff were analyzed and found mainly in the monthly runoff7,8,9month, of which8January runoff reached the highest value of the year. Chara section focused onmonthly runoff8,9,10month, which in September runoff reached the highest valueof the year. Hydrological stations in the1960s a higher runoff, to2000and thengradually reduce the amount of water each section over which the more diminishingrunoff downstream more obvious chara is five hydrological stations sharpestdecrease runoff hydrological station.(2) The radial increment of Populus euphratica,changes significantlyat the fourtransects in the upstream and midstream of the Tarim River. There appeared a peakvalue in the1980-1990s, and then the value shows a gradually decreasing trend.
