Potassium (K) is an important element for regulating tobacco growth, production control and quality formation. In order to further improve levels of tobacco K content in Miyi County and improve the effectiveness of the region’s flue-cured tobacco production, the study was designed. In this study, based on the knowledge of tobacco planting, by comparing the fertility of different traditional K fertility, exploring mew dedicated fertility and testing their fertility capacity, extracting the most suitable K processing technology and renewing or innovation flue-cured tobacco K contents, seek to improve K constraints for tobacco growing in these regions, the result are as follows:1. potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, merchant potassium dihydrogen phosphate and import potassium dihydrogen phosphate4different k) to Miyi4kinds of the influence degree of the tobacco growth. The results show that:plant growth of Zhongyan103, Honghuadajinyuan, Yunyan85and Yunyan87under Potassium nitrate and commercially Potassium dihydrogen phosphate was better than those treated with Potassium chloride and imports Potassium dihydrogen phosphate. Total nitrogen, total potassium, nicotine, total sugar and reducing sugar of tobacco plant treated with Potassium nitrate and imports Potassium dihydrogen phosphate were higher but without regularity. Two conclusions could be summed up, firstly, the same tobacco with using different potashes, their quality elements and material content were accordingly in huge variation, secondly, the suitable potashes for different tobacco were different.the fertility effects of different types of potash on different tobacco varieties were each with advantages. From the statistical pint of viewing on the production and value, yields, grades, price and output of Honghuadajinyuan, Yunyan85and Yunyan87treated with Potassium chloride in the Ⅰ and Ⅲ testing direct were significantly higher than those treatments. However, higher yield and output, as well as higher proportion of classy smoke, were found in Hongda and Yun87treated with commercially Potassium dihydrogen phosphate in the Ⅱ testing direct, which proved its highly economic benefits.ths result indicated that selecting reasonable and suitable tobacco fertility is important.2. By applying different flue-cure tobacco formula K additional fertility, great variation in the agronomic characters of tobacco plants, quality element contents of tobacco leaves, yields, grades of tobacco leaves and output of tobacco were detected, the phenomenon reflected the importance of the effects of amount of potash fertilizer and the proportion characteristics on tobacco production. In the6flue-cure tobacco formula K additional fertilizers, growth of tobacco plant, material contents, yields, tobacco grades and output were significantly higher in treatments3,6and7. It indicated that by adjusting the ratio of K, increasing potassium chloride application, adding appropriate fertilizer and topdressing nitrogen fertilizer usage can effectively increase the production capacity and economic benefits of tobacco.3. Combined application of potash fertilizer and potassium additional technology are important methods to improve tobacco K level and production. Drip irrigation and fertilizer with split application technology can effectively accelerate growth activity of tobacco plants, by increasing tobacco leaf area, stem girth, plant height, leaf length and other agronomic traits and improve the contents of leaf total nitrogen, potassium, nicotine, total sugar and reducing sugar, Promoting tobacco yield, quality of flue-cured tobacco and the output value. Foliar organic fertilizer could not effectively improve tobacco potassium nutrition, however, spraying inorganic fertilizer can to some extent improve tobacco production.
