biogas slurry is a good organic fertilizer; it is significance of how to usethe biogas slurry combined with organic solid fertilizer and fertilizer in moderngreenhouse vegetable. A test with the mushroom residue: peat=1:1(volume ratio) asthe cultivation matrix, Holland nutrient solution formula as control (CK),to studydifferent fertilizer management on tomato growth and fruit growth and development,quality and production as well as the cultivation environment and nutrient absorption.There were seven treatment in the study:with F1added1.0g K2SO4and2g Ca(H2PO42in biogas sslurry,F2: topdressing1.5g K2SO4and2.5g Ca (H2PO42wasadded to the fluid;, the F3: liquid added2.0g K2SO4and3g Ca (H2PO42; Because thechicken manure was released fertilizer, the treatment with chicken manure wereadded C1:150g/plant, the C2:210g/plant, the C3:270g/plant at flowering period,coated with fruit-bearing stage. This study was to provide the corresponding of biogasslurry used on the long season used to fertilization techniques in vegetable cultivation,the results show that:1. Biogas slurry coupled with chicken manure or chemical fertilizer application couldincrease tomato plant strong degrees, promote the growth and development of the fruit,and increase dry matter accumulation in plant and yield of tomato. whereas biogasslurry coupled with chemical fertilizer supply in V (biogas slurry): V (water)=1:2topdressing1.5g K2SO4and2.5g Ca(H2PO42was added to the fluid effect is best,the fruit setting rate is significantly higher than control, the yield was up to100272.30kg/hm2, plant dry matter accumulation was56.15g; With chicken manure treatmentin phase coated with fruit-bearing tomato flowering period, three period couplingbiogas slurry topdressing liquid manure, each70g/plant, the yield was113656kg/hm2, dry matter accumulation was50.49g. Two kinds of application managementcan increase the tomato fruit expands early fruit relative growth rate.2. Topdressing biogas slurry can significantly improve the quality of tomato, the V(biogas slurry): V (water)=1:2topdressing1.5g K2SO4and2.5g Ca (H2PO42wasadded to the fluid made the Vc increased by9.36%, sugar acid ratio increased by 49.52%, nitrate and nitrite was reduced by4.51%and4.51%respectively; whereas atcoated and fruit-bearing,flowering period of tomato, this period three times eachcooperate biogas slurry topdressing liquid manure,70g/plant. Compared with thecontrol, sugar acid ratio increased by74.92%, nitrate and nitrite was reduced by41.35%and41.35%respectively, and the quality of the differences between two kindsof application management was not significant, but can significantly reduce thecontent of heavy metals in fruit.3. Compared with the control which topdressing inorganic nutrient solution,topdressing biogas slurry could increase the content of chlorophyll in the leaves, thesteady-state fluorescence yield, maximum fluorescence and fluorescence light suitablefor conditions. The better treatments were C3and F3, the F3Fm can reach759.67, theC3’s biggest fluorescence steady-state fluorescence increased64.83%than the control.Biogas slurry coupled with chemical fertilizer or manure, fertilizer can increase thetomato function of proline content in leaf, reduce the MDA content, improve theadversity resistance of tomato. But low rate of leaf tissue contains certaincarbohydrates into lignin, increased the degree of lignification, showed that the F1, C1treatment leaves POD, CAT enzyme activity is significantly higher than control.4. the most nutrient content of tomato plan of biogas slurry and fertilizer coupledtreatment was F2, whereas biogas slurry and chicken manure coupled to the supplywas C3treatment with the accumulation of nitrogen and potassium, while phosphoruscontent deal with more was C2treatment. Topdressing biogas slurry can also makePH value tend to be neutral, the electrical conductivity of matrix are also declinedsignificantly. Compared with the control, the influence of different fertilizer treatmentthe alkali solution nitrogen, rapidly-available potassium in the substrate was notsignificant difference, but the matrix available phosphorus content of biogas slurryfertilizer treatments was relatively less than control treatment, and the effect of reduceheavy metal content was not relatively.
