To Choose appropriate distribution matrix for Osmanthus fragrans ’HuangChuanJinGui’,we have went on the first phase matrix optimization based on thecharacteristics omamental trees—Osmanthus fragrans ’HuangChuan JinGui’ in henanprovince,and then have gained four appropriate processing for: processing1(fermented corn stover substrate: perlite: slag=1:1:1), processing5(fermented cornstover substrate: perlite: slag=2:2:1), processing7(fermented corn stover substrate:perlite: slag=3:1:2), and processing9(fermented corn stover substrate: perlite: slag=3:3:1),(the processing all for Volume ratio).The controls wre conventional treatmentbased on the garden soil.To research the influence of the distribution of matrix forpotted Osmanthus fragrans’HuangChuan JinGui’,we have analysed the content ofrhizosphere microorganisms, root of various carbon and nitrogen metabolites and itsrelated enzyme activity in different matrix processing of different periods.The mainresults were as follows:(1)After analysed the amount of rhizosphere microorganism in different substrateprocessing,we came to the conclusion: the amount of microorganism in processing7was at most,and change trend was gently, followed by processing5and9, verysignificant difference,the fertility in the distribution of matrix processing was higherthan garden soil. Bacteria amomg the rhizosphere microorganisms was in the absoluteadvantage at the whole physiological period of Osmanthus fragrans’HuangChuanJinGui’.The amount of microorganisms were all showed a trend of falling after rising,and maximum in August(the maximum of bacteria is45.420×106CFU/g, fungus is0.019×106CFU/g, actinomycete is4.579×106CFU/g),followed by June, the leastin April.(2)The determination results of carbohydrates of Osmanthus fragrans’HuangChuanJinGui’ root system in different substrate processing: the change trend of starch,sucrose, glucose, fructose in different substrate processing was consistent,andindicators in processing7were the biggest, processing1and9was second, verysignificant difference,the carbohydrate metabolic product in different processing werehigher than control. Osmanthus in April just broken dormancy, photosynthesis was insufficient, the starch in root system was transformed into sugar. The content ofstarch was reduced and sucrose was increased slightly at first and then began toreduce, both of them to the minimum in August(the minimums of the starch andsugar.are3848.744ug/g、4815.856ug/g). After August, starch and sucrose began toaccumulate, and to tne maximum in November (the maximums of the starch andsugar.are11731.8ug/g、9879.6ug/g). The content of glucose and fructose to the minimumin April(the minimums of the glucose and fructose.are2638.018ug/g、98.1ug/g), and onthe rise from April to August, to tne maximum in August(the maximums of the glucoseand fructose.are4843.508ug/g、224.08ug/g), then began to reduce.(3)The determination results of carbohydrate metabolism related enzyme activity ofOsmanthus fragrans’HuangChuanJinGui’ root system in different substrate processingshow that: The content of acid invertase and neutral invertase was slowly rising inApril, rising speed after June, to the maximum in August(the maximums are5521.41ug.g-1.h-1、13714.47ug.g-1.h-1), after August began to decline. In August, acidinvertase and neutral invertase activity to the maximum, acid invertase activity to theminimum in November(the minimum is1602.99ug.g-1.h-1), and neutral invertase inApril(the minimum is2493.54ug.g-1.h-1). The neutral invertase activity was higher thanacid invertase activity.The activity of sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphatesynthetase in a rising trend. From April to June the illumination is insufficient, and theactivity of sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase changed little, but afterJune it showed a clear rising trend, and slowed down after August, to tne maximum inNovember(the maximums are216.26ug.g-1.h-1、692.032ug.g-1.h-1). The sucrose phosphatesynthase activity of root was significantly higher than those of sucrose synthase. Theactivity of acid invertase and neutral invertase, sucrose synthase, sucrose phosphatesynthetase in Osmanthus fragrans’HuangChuan JinGui’ root was the highest inprocessing7than any other processing, processing9was the second,and otherprocessings were slightly higher than control,,significance level.(4)The determination results of nitrogen metabolites of Osmanthus fragrans‘HuangChuan JinGui’ root system in different substrate processing: soluble proteinhas been in a rising trend in April to November,to the minimum in April andmaximum in November(the minimum is2538.198ug/g, the maximum is14723.37ug/g).Free amino acid and nitrate nitrogen began to slightly lower in April, toJune to the minimum(the minimums are97.475ug/g、148.9271ug/g), and then began torise, until in August to the maximum(the maximums are925.44ug/g、275.1674ug/g).The content of soluble protein, free amino acid and nitrate nitrogen in Osmanthus fragrans’HuangChuan JinGui’ root was the highest in processing7, processing9was thesecond, very significant difference.(5)The determination results of nitrogen metabolism related enzyme activity ofOsmanthus fragrans’HuangChuan JinGui’ root system in different substrateprocessing show that: the nitrate reductas activity of Osmanthus fragrans’HuangChuan given’ root increased slightly in April to June, rising speed after June,until in August to the maximum (the maximum is4.5942ug.g-1.h-1), after August,it beganto reduce. The activity of nitrate reductase was the hignest in substrate processing7,processing5and9was higher than control.Only processing1was slightly lower thancontrols, very significant difference.On the whole, in April,’HuangChuanJinGui’ just broken dormancy, and leaf was aging,photosynthesis was not enough to supply for different organs growth, roots carbon and nitrogenmetabolism was slow, the secretion was decrease and rhizosphere microorganisms was few. AfterJune,’HuangChuanJinGui’ root carbon and nitrogen metabolism increased quickly,the quantity ofrhizosphere microorganism was also increased. In August, the Light, temperature, moisture wasappropriate,’HuangChuanJinGui’ was in vegetative period, the number of rhizospheremicroorganisms was to the maximum. In November, the content of starch and protein in rootwas increased, but the temperature was too low, the activity of enzyme was low, and the numberof rhizosphere microorganisms was decrease.
