This experience,studying the effects of substrates made of fermented cornstraw、perlite and slag on ‘HuangChuan JinGui’ intended to obtain the best substrateformula.the experience followed by studying the Photosynthetic characteristics of‘HuangChuan JinGui’ fertilized by different compound fertilizer on best substrateformula obtained the best fertilizer formula.the main results:1. The screening result of potted matrix for ‘HuangChuan JinGui’:(1)Treatment9(fermented corn straw: perlite: slag=3:1:3)was the best substratesformula by analyzing the physical and chemical character.the Bulk density TP andWater holding capacity Porosity are as follows:0.40g·cm-3、88.19%、45.51%.(2)The form index showed: treatment9growed the longest plant height, followed bytreatment7and treatment5;the ground diameter growth of different treatments is notremarkable, and the ground diameter of treatment7is the fastest-growing; treatment5and treatment1have several more branches.The sprouting length、leaf length and leafwidth of treatment9behaved well.Different formula has scarce effect on the grounddiameter.(3)Chlorophyll capacity and net photosynthetic rate showed: treatment9had themost Chlorophyll capacity and net photosynthetic rate.Chlorophyll capacity ascendedfrom April to August and descended after August in all treatments. Net photosyntheticrate had the same trajectory to the Chlorophyll capacity. Form April to June, the netphotosynthetic rates of each matrix processing were gradually increased anddescended after August in all treatments, in August the net photosynthetic rate of eachtreatment generalmaintained at a higher level. Net photosynthetic rate of treatment7and treatment9are higher than other treatment, and significant difference with CK.(4)Soluble sugar capacity showed: Soluble sugar capacity in treatment9wassignificantly higher than that of others. Soluble sugar capacity in each treatment hadthe same trends: scarce in April,ascending from June to August,peaking at October. Among them, the processing7and9processing leaves soluble sugar content wassignificantly higher than the other treatment.(5)Treatment9had the most Soluble protein capacity. Soluble protein capacity ineach treatment ascended from April to August and decreased drastically after August.2. The diurnal variation of photosynthesis showed:the Net photosynthetic rate、Transpiration rate、Stomatal conductance and Leaf intercellular CO2concentrationpresented unimodal curve in April、June、October and bimodal curve in August.Thefirst peak value was higher than that of second and showed “noon break”phenomenon.They had a significant relevant.Transpiration rate、Stomatal conductancehas the same trajectory with net photosynthetic rate during the same time.‘HuangChuan JinGui’in April and June water use efficiency is the highest, Augustwater use efficiency minimum,October water use efficiency center.3. The fertilizer formula showed: treatment N:P:K=20:10:20had significant effectson the plant height、sprouting length、branching ability increased the Chlorophyllcapacity.the formula N:P:K=10:5:20performed better in Autumn. The fertilizertreatments on ’huangchuan Kim’ impact significantly better than no fertilizer.
