According to the current occurring of rape clubroot disease in Anhui province, the influence of different fungicides, application ways and control of time on rape clubroot disease and the rape growth were studied by means of choosing commonly used agents in the greenhouse and field.1. Inhibition of mixing fungicides on resting spores germinationFive fungicides were chosen to inhibit the resting spores germination. The result showed that the EC50for fluazinam, cyazofami, chlorothalonil, Zn thiazol and carbendazol was22.8078μg·mL-1,10.8226μg·mL-1,15.2164μg·mL-1,20.7980μg·mL-1and20.0477μg·mL-1respectively.Six mixing fungicides were determined by inhibition method of resting spores germination on the basic of fungicide screening. The CTC was832.25by means of the mixing of cyazofami and chlorothalonil which has the best control effect.2. The influence of different application ways on rape growth and the rape clubroot diseaseThe influence of different fungicides, application ways on rape clubroot disease and the rape growth were studied. The results showed that the different application ways led to different seedling emergence rate. Seedling emergence rate of rapeseeds was higher by means of agents with soil than potions to douse and agent with seed; seedling emergence rate was more than70.00%by fluazinam and cyazofamid with soil; seedling emergence rate of rapeseeds was lower by means of agents with seeds, and seedling emergence rate was96.67%by watering roots with cyazofamid. The average control effect was81.55%,67.47%and62.44%, respectively by means of agents with seeds, potions to douse the soil and agents with soil.3. The control effect on rape clubroot disease by means of spraying at seeding stageFungicide500times solution was used to spray the soil to control the rape clubroot disease. The control effect was69.3%and45.3%, respectively with50%fluazinam SC and20%Zn thiazole.4. The control effect of rape clubroot disease by means of watering roots in transplanting fieldFungicide500times solution was used to water the roots to control the rape clubroot disease. The results indicated that at the bolting stage the average index of control effect was71.7%and54.5%, respectively with fluazinam and cyazofamid. At the harvest stage, the average index of control effect was61.3%and43.2%, respectively with fluazinam and cyazofamid.5. The control effect of rape clubroot disease by means of watering roots in direct seeding fieldFungicide500times solution was used to water the roots for twice, the first time at the sowing stage and the second time being20days after sowing. The result showed that the control effect for watering roots with fluazinam, cyazofamid and carbendazol was71.9%,7.1.1%and70.2%respectively.6. The control effect of rape clubroot disease with mixing fungicides in direct seeding fieldMixing fungicides500times solution was used to water the roots for twice, the first time at the sowing stage and the second time at3leaf-1heart stage. The results indicated that the control effect was74.70%and59.86%, respectively at seeding stage and harvest stage with the mixing fungicides of fluazinam and carbendazol.
