Rice blast is one of the major diseases of rice.It has a wide range of hazards and is difficult to control, posing a serious threat to rice production.Micro RNA(mi RNA),as a class of non-coding RNA,is 20-24 nt in length and is involved in plant growth and development, biotic stress and abiotic stress response. In our laboratory,high-throughput sequencing analysis of small and medium-sized RNAs of rice blast disease resistance material IRBLKm-Ts and susceptible variety Lijiang New Group Black Valley(LTH)show that mi RNAs are involved in plant resistance and screened for accumulation in IRBLKm-Ts and LTH.There are differences in mi RNAs.The cumulative amount of mi R444 b.2 in LTH was up-regulated and cumulatively decreased in IRBLKm-Ts.The mi R444 b.2 overexpressed transgenic rice material was constructed. It was found that the transgenic rice had weak resistance to rice blast, the number of tillers decreased, and the target gene Os02g49840 transcription was effectively inhibited. The results of the previous preliminary study showed that mi R444 b.2 negatively regulated rice resistance to rice blast and negatively regulated rice tiller. In this study, rice blast resistance and agronomic traits of rice OXOSMADS57 overexpressed were tested, and the gene Os02g49840(Os MADS57)is the target gene of mi RNA444 b.2.1.After inoculation with Magnaporthe oryzae, the differential expression of Os MADS57 in LTH and IRBLkm-Ts was analyzed.Compared with LTH 0h,It was found that the expression of Os MADS57 in IRBLkm-Ts was increased, and there was no significant difference in LTH expression. This indicates that Os MADS57 may positively regulate rice blast resistance. After inoculation with Magnaporthe oryzae OXOSMADS57,the incidence was milder than that of WT(Kitaake),and the process of mycelial infection was significantly slower. The results indicated that the mi R444 b.2 target gene Os MADS57 is involved in the response of rice to Magnaporthe oryzae.2.After inoculation with Magnaporthe oryzae OXOSMADS57,the expression of defenserelated genes was increased and the accumulation of H2O2 was significantly increased compared with WT,indicating that Os MADS57 positively regulates the resistance response of rice blast.3.Statistical analysis of agronomic traits of OXOs MADS57 showed that there were no significant differences in agronomic traits such as plant height, tiller, yield per plant, and seed setting rate, and only the grain length was different. It is indicated that Os MADS57 has a regulatory effect on rice grain length phenotype, but it does not affect other rice agronomic traits.Root swollen disease is an important soil-borne disease of rapeseed, which can occur in both seedling and adult stages, which seriously affects the normal growth and yield of rapeseed. In this paper, the effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Bam22 seed dressing combined with seedling root irrigation on the growth of rapeseed and the control effect of clubroot disease were studied. The results showed that the seedling stage of Bacillus sp.Bam22 could effectively reduce the root bark of rapeseed. The incidence of the disease, the prevention and treatment effect is significantly improved. The relative incidence of T1,T2 and CK in rape seedlings decreased by 10%-20%,the control effect reached 44%-52%,the incidence of T1,T2 and T3 decreased by 4%-20%,and the control effect increased by 20%-40%.The incidence of T1,T2 and CK in rapeseed decreased by 3%-10%,the control effect reached 29%-51%;the yield of rapeseed increased significantly, and the yield of T1,T2 and CK increased by 24%-34%.Compared with T1,T2 and T3,the yield increase of single plants was increased by 0.5%-11%.This study provides more reliable theoretical data support for rape green control.
