Wheat is the world’s most widely distributed, the highest total output, the largest trade volume of food crops, which is one of the world’s most important food crops. Shannong01-35with a large grain, medium gluten, high production wheat lines and Gaocheng9411(77546/Lin Zhang wheat) with strong gluten, higher kernels and ears per plant were used as the parents to created the183RIL lines(F7) by using the single-seed descent in this research. The systems analysis of the relevance between wheat yield and other important agronomic traits by using RIL population to explore the various factors affecting wheat production is helpful to summarizes the traditional experience to increase production, the single key stimulation technique research and improve the total output of the wheat. The frequency and correlation analysis of the each survey trait and the path analysis of the agronomic trait and the kernel weight by using the software SPSS13.0and DPS6.55to have the main conclusions as follows:1The mean coefficient variation of the panicle traits and the plant height are large, more than10%in two years. The CV of the spikelet, awn length, grain length, grain width and grain thickness were5%in two years. According to the type of the spike characters and kernel traits, we can select different panicle and grain type wheat varieties in this RIL population. This group has the potential for breeding high-yielding varieties.2Grain yield and ear number per unit, grain number per spike, grain weight, biological yield was positively correlated; Panicles per plant and sterile spikelet per plant, grain yield, biological yield showed a significant positive correlation. Spikelet density and spike length, awn length was highly significant negative correlation; Thousand grain weight and grain length, grain width, grain thickness was extremely significant positive correlation; Grain width and grain length, grain number per spike, grain yield was positively correlated; Grain number, Thousand grain weight, spike length, awn length, sterile spikelet number, grain yield, biological yield was significantly positively related to plant height. Plant height and biological yield is significantly higher than the correlation with grain yield. Harvest index and grains per spike, thousand grain weight, grain weight, fertile spikelet, grain yield was significantly positively related; The whole growth period and grain yield, harvest index, thousand grain weight showed a significant positive correlation; The whole growth period and grain weight, spikelet number, grain number per spike, biological yield, ear number per unit was not significantly correlated. The heading stage, flowering stage and yield and agronomic traits of two year poor reproducibility, illustrate that the heading stage and flowering stage subject to environmental impact.3Important agronomic traits and grain yield:harvest index, ear number per unit, thousand grain weight, grain number, the whole growth period, plant height, and the importance of a direct impact on production as follows:harvest index, ear number per unit, panicles per plant, thousand grain weight, grain number, plant height, the whole growth period. These data indicate that a restrictive relationship between agronomic traits.
