At present, there are universal existence of the overuse of chemical fertilizers in our country agricultural development, soil environmental problem has become an inevitable problem in our country agricultural development process. Along with putting forward the concept of the precision agriculture in the word, the detection of the loss situation of the soil nutrient became the first problem to realize precision agriculture. In this paper designing a kind of special near infrared spectrophotometer used for soil composition detection, in order to realize the quick nondestructive measurement of the soil organic matter content, total nitrogen. This paper mainly study contents:(1) This paper analyzed the feasibility of the use of near infrared spectrum technology on soil contained in the total nitrogen and organic matter content in the on-line measurement.(2) Designing the hardware part of the soil component content detection near infrared spectrophotometer, the whole hardware part included two parts of the light path and circuit. Light path part adopted the blazed grating plane as the spectral component of C-T light path structure.(3) Circuit part of the main function was through the photoelectric device received the diffuse light spectrum data collection and processing.(4) The software of photometer system design, including stepping motor drive and control buttons, data acquisition and transmission. On the basis of experiment, the stability determination of the instrument, the resolution, wavelength accuracy and repeatability, the experimental results show that:the wavelength of accuracy and repeatability are less than20.4nm and32nm, the stability of the instrument is sufficient to meet in the application of soil testing.
