This research studied on the effects of different temperatures of flue-cured tobacco floating seedling, and grown in different seedling measures of tobacco seedlings after transplanting exhibited growth developmental differences of treatments, The results are as follows:1.Compared with the control group without warming measures, the boiler heating technology can effectively improve the breeding pond water temperature and seedling tray temperature, which is more suitable for tobacco seed growth; the tobacco seedling seed emergence of a week in advance, one week ahead of the contrast, which can win the time of transplanting; the treatment of warming measures can increased seed germination by rate4.5%, seedling rate by3.5%, improve the seedling growth and leaf number, stem girth; the tobacco seedling effective substance accumulation increased, at the same time can make the tobacco seedling root activity increased by112%.22. Compared with the control group without warming measures, seedling rate of the25℃treatment was8%higher than that of the contrast, seedling rate of the20℃treatment was7.2%higher than that of the contrast, seedling rate of the15℃treatment was6.1%higher than that of the contrast, seedling rate of the10℃treatment was2.3%higher than that of the contrast; tobacco leaf number of the treatments of15℃,20℃and25℃more than that of the contrast; the plant height of treatments of10℃,15℃,20℃and25℃were respectively more than that of the contrast0.01cm,0.09cm,0.07cm and0.08cm in turn; the maximum leaf width of the treatments of10℃,15℃,20℃and25℃were more than that of the contrast0.76cm,0.6cm,1.0cm and1.2cm in turn.33. Field experiment results show that, under different temperatures of cultivated tobacco seedlings, growth and development of field process is consistent;4temperature treated tobacco agronomic traits was better than that of the contrast; the yield of the treatments25℃,20℃,15℃,10℃and the contrast were smaller in turn, of the treatments25℃,20℃,15℃, the contrast and10℃were smaller in turn, the proportion of middle leaves of of the treatments25℃,20℃,15℃,10℃and the contrast were smaller in turn.
