Abstract:The research was done to study the occurrence and succession regularity of weeds and evaluate the resistance of glufosinate-resistance transgenic hybrid rape to glufosinate and make clear on the effects of herbicide application and plant density on growth and yield and its components of transgenic hybrid rape. The method of removal of weed was used to investigate sprout and occurrence regularity and the harm. The transgenic rapeseed line "7748" growing in field was used as experiment material and a field experiment with two-factor randomized block design was carried out. One factor was herbicide application with levels of glufosinate (A1) and quizalofop-P-ethyl&benzoate (A2) and haloxyfop-P-methyl (A3) and water (A4), another factor was sowing method with levels of broadcast sowing (B1) and sowing in line (B2). The growth-related traits including the fresh weight, plant height, leaf area, net photosynthetic rate, the SPAD of rapeseed were measured in different growth stages after treatment. The trial of weeds control efficiency was treated with different kinds of ways. The yield and quality and yield-related traits including the number of siliques per plant, number of seeds per silique, thousand seed weight, seed yield per plant and others were also investigated in this study. The results showed that10series of16kinds of weeds were found in the rape field after rice. The hydrophilous weed Poa annual was the dominant species, the subdominant weed species were Alopecurus aequalis and Stellaria media. These weeds usually start to sprout at the middle of Oct. There were one density peak and one emergence peak before winter in the rape field after rice. In spring, weed biomass increased slightly, but the weed density did not increased. The net photosynthetic rate and SPAD of the transgenic rapeseed were very significantly inhibited within4days after treatment with glufosinate, the fresh weight and leaf area were very significantly inhibited within about two weeks after treatment. The plant height was very significantly inhibited within about three weeks after treatment, but they increased significantly or very significantly one month after treatment with glufosinate. Application of3750mL/hm2of Phosphinothricin13.5%SL in250Kg water spraying in the period of four leaves, after5days with treatment, the fresh weight efficacies for total weeds and grass weeds and broadleaf weeds were nearly90%,16and32and64days later, they were still above90%,16days later, the density efficacies for total weeds and grass weeds and broadleaf weeds were respectively90%,32and64days after treatment, the density efficacies for total weeds and grass weeds and broadleaf weeds were still nearly90%. Compared with the negative CK, rape production increased nearly8%. The difference between sowing methods and the interaction between herbicide application and plant sowing methods were significant, the mean yield was highest with the treatment of glufosinate, the number of siliques per plant decreased but the number of seeds per silique and thousand seed weight increased with the treatment of glufosinate. It was the best way to control weeds using of the glufosinate-torant transgenic rapeseed with corresponding herbicides of Phosphinothricin. |
