Arbuseular myeorrhize(AM) are symbiotie associations between the roots of crop and AM fungi, it can promote host growth after forming mycorrhizae, improve the utilization efficiency of nutrient resources, improve plant water status and increase the resistance of the host. To explore the application of mycorrhizal tobacco seedlings in the growth and production of the flue-cured tobacco, from the basic research of tobacco mycorrhizal, this paper research fungi inoculated with different kinds of arbuseular mycorrhizal, mycorrhizal colonization rate and which influence the seedling growth amount and the organic phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium and other elements of the absorption and activity of various enzymes, and this paper explore the possible mechanism about promotion of tobacco arbuseular mycorrhizal fungi in soil elements absorb. The results are as follows:1. Agronomic traits in different growth stages:the mycorrhizal seedling height, stem girth, number of leaves in transplanting40d and5d after topping were higher than conventional breeding groups. Maximum leaf length of mycorrhizal tobacco seedlings after transplanting40d is less than conventional production of tobacco seedlings, while after topping5d, the mycorrhizal seedling leaf length will be greater than conventional seedling; leaf width of mycorrhizal tobacco seedlings is greater than conventionally produced.2. Resistance of different growth stages:resistance of tobacco plants inoculated GmOl and GmO2mycorrhizal (mosaic disease, blackleg disease) is more than conventional breeding groups.3. Main economic traits different growth stages:mycorrhizal tobacco seedlings could increase tobacco production, fine tobacco ratio, price, value, and resistance to pests and diseases, but different agents will be different effects, the seedling seedlings vaccinated GmOl is superior to GmO2.4. Impact of AM fungi on the tobacco pests:after vaccinating GmOl and GmO2, the incidence of tobacco mosaic infecting virus, black shank, bacterial wilt is significantly lower than the control group. In vigorous, vaccinating GmOl and GmO2blackleg infection rates were only4.13%and4.67%, only3.61%and3.96%of mosaic disease prevalence; while infection rate of Mosaic, black shank, bacterial wilt reaches4.02%,4.98%,5.36%in the conventional group. 5. Impact of AM fungi on the tobacco content of each element:excellent mycorrhizal fungi can significantly improve the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium uptake, such as nitrogen content of GMOl mycorrhizal flue-cured tobacco seedlings are significantly higher than non-mycorrhizal (CK) tobacco seedlings; there are significant differences between strains, GMOl in the enhanced ability of nitrogen uptake of tobacco seedlings is superior to GM02. Phosphorus content of GMOl mycorrhizal tobacco seedlings is significantly higher than GM02; Especially in the low phosphorus conditions, the effect of AM fungi promoting phosphorus absorption is very obvious. Potassium content of tobacco mycorrhizal inoculating GMOl is significantly higher than GM02mycorrhizal tobacco seedlings, and tobacco seedlings inoculated GMOl fungi enrichment of potassium has an important role, which is significant for the production of high quality tobacco.6. Impact of different treatment of AM fungi on the tobacco sugar, alkali and protein content:on the different treatments, the sugar/base sequence of the upper lobe of El> E2> CK, middle leaves as E2> CK> El, lower leaves as El> E2> CK. Upper, middle and lower leaves of nicotine order are El> E2> CK. Upper, middle and lower leaves of order on total sugar are also El> E2> CK. Protein sequence of the upper lobe is El<E2<CK, the middle is E2> El> CK, lower leaves is El<E2<CK.7. Impact of different AM fungi treatment on several enzyme activities in flue-cured tobacco:phosphatase activity is El> E2> CK, the substrate of flue-cured tobacco seedlings inoculated GMOl, phosphatase activity was up22.04%compared to the control treatment, phosphatase activity of the matrix inoculated GMOl is higher9.4%than GM02; inoculating GMOl and GM02, chlorophyll content in flue-cured tobacco seedlings increased significantly, respectively, compared with CK treatment group,it increased29.47%,23.16%; seedling root nitrate reductase activity increased99.3%,139.4%, seedling root chitinase activity significantly increased, respectively, reaching2.05and1.46times, GMOl inoculation significantly increased seedling leaf SOD activity increased46.15%.
