Grain and oil crops are important for food security, and the oil-bearing crops plays an important role in both cultivated land use efficiency and increase farmer income. The grain and oil crops increase agricultural income and promote the economic development in Anren County.3000soil samples in Anren County collected from2008to2010were elected to evaluate the rice and cole crops land suitability based on the GIS technology and a variety of mathematical model, test index and geostatistics, fuzzy mathematical theory of comparative study of complex geographical and environmental conditions, combining with Anren Farmland evaluation results, and analysed the physical and chemical properties. The main results are outlined below:(1) The mean content of pH of sampling points was5.40; the mean content of soil nitrogen was146.0mg/kg; the mean content of soil available phosphorus was16.0mg/kg; the average content of soil available K and118.0mg/kg; the mean content of soil slowly available K was182.0mg/kg; the mean content of total nitrogen was1.9g/kg; the mean content of organic matter of sampling points was26.5g/kg; abd the average soil available boron content was0.59mg/kg.(2) Arable land area of422,846acres, which has341,254acres of paddy field area, dry land area of81,592acres in Anren country. The county highly suitable for the growth of rice land area of89,553.57acres, accounting for21.18%of the total arable land in the county;66,709.20acres of arable land not suitable for rice cultivation, accounting for15.78%of the arable land. The county highly suitable for the growth of rape arable land area of115,662.89acres, accounting for27.35%of the arable land;10,755.77acres of arable land not suitable for rapeseed cultivation, accounting for2.54%of the total cultivated area.(3) The rice plantation to strengthen water conservancy construction, ensure stable yields despite drought or excessive rain area increased rice fields;Improve the irrigation and drainage system, improvement of soil physical and chemical properties. Rapeseed cultivation requires increased soil organic matter content, improve soil structure;Reasonable rotation, potential for soil excavation.
