Although the construction and development of large-scale piggery can overcome many malpractices caused by small-scale piggery, it is unfavorable for the healthy development of the industry and even deteriorate the surrounding environment if the pen manure and sewage can not be disposed in a timely manner or in an appropriate way. The research, firstly, the single-factor method and Box-Behnken designing method was adopted into optimize its anaerobic fermentation process through using the pen manure and sewage as raw material. Then, using the biogas produced by the pen manure after the process of anaerobic fermentation as raw material, the single-factor method, Box-Behnken designing method and orthogonal experiment designing method was adopted to conduct to decrease its impart on the environment and also improve the purity of the biogas product.The result showed that:a. The optimum technological combination for biogas production through pen manure anaerobic process is8.20%TS value of zymotic fluid,6.5-7.0initial PH value,35.0C for the temperature of fermentation and2.80:1for the inoculum concentration(pen manure:activated sludge, m:m). The productiveness of biogas is242.62mL/g·TS under the above conditions. b. The optimum technological combination for biogas desulfurization is100L/h air input,75g/(m3h) volume load and4L/h spraying amount of recycle liquid. The H2S content in biogas is162.333mg/m3after the process. c. The optimum technological combination for biogas decarbonization is120L/h air input,30℃for the absorbent temperature,20L/h for the flow rate of absorbent, and50%mixed amine liquid strength. The CO2content in biogas is2.33%, after the process. The result of the research can provide a theoretical basis for the pen manure treatment in large-scale piggery, sewage disposal and the further purification treatment for the biogas.
