Sugarcane as a tropical crops mainly distributed in China’s Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan Yunnan and other nine provinces, with an annual output of about 30,000,000 tons, is a can not be ignored energy wealth. In this paper, we used sugarcane leaves as the raw material for anaerobic fermentation. Use of chemical and biological pretreatment method, make the stable substances in sugarcane leaves, such as cellulose, lignin, were decomposed into organic matter which can be efficient use by fermenting methane microbial. Finally to improve the utilization rate and gas production rate of anaerobic fermentation of sugarcane leaves. The results were as follows:(1)The main chemical components of sugarcane leaves were determined. As follows: 32.96% of holocellulose,11.19% of lignin,0.30% of soluble sugar,8.31% of ash and water 13.58%.(2)And then, hydrolysis of sugarcane leaves by acid and alkali, the results show that: the better processing effect Acid, alkali are HCl and NaOH。HCl pretreatment method is: concentration 2.5%, ratio of liquid to solid 25:1 processing time of 48h; NaOH pretreatment method is:concentration 2%, ratio liquid of to solid 20:1, process 24h.(3) Using different pretreatment biology methods to pretreat sugarcane leaf. The results show that:The hydrolysis effect of Cellulase on sugarcane leaves was poor, the co-fermentation of bacteria and molds have no promoting effect on the decomposition of sugarcane leaves, but to consume the reducing sugar. Co-fermented sugarcane leaves by bacterial strain WLF-1 and strain WLF-2 will reduce the degradation ability of; In contrast, fungus strain KF-1 show strong decomposition ability to sugarcane leaves.(4) Mixed pretreatment of sugarcane leaves by acid, alkali and strain fermentation. The experiments show that:The sugarcane leaves which treated by acid and alkali was easily used by those strains. Study on different combinations of acid, alkali, bacterial and fungal, finalize the pretreatment process as follows:1.5% NaOH treated for 24h, adjusting pH, then add strain WLF-2 and strain YLF for mixed fermentation, finally, put the pretreatment process of sugarcane leaves into gas production anaerobic fermentation. And found that the total gas product was 14684 mL more than those without blank group, fermentation daily gas production increased by 4 times.
