In this thesis, the flue-cured tobacco production base information, elevation and meteorological data were investigated, the soil nutrient information and tobacco quality status were analyzed in9material-bases in Hongyun Honghe tobacco group. Finally, the principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to divide the Qujing’9Raw Material Base into4ecological areas, and concrete describes of different ecological area were proceed. The main conclusions of this study were as follows:1. The percent of optimal region (elevation1,400-1800m) and fitness region (elevation1800-2000m) of Raw Material Base were100%,98%,89%,78%,73%and71%respectively in Shizong county, Luoping county, Qilin county, Fuyuan county, Huize county and Luliang county, these percentages were high. In addition, there are62%a nd58%respectively in Xuanwei county and Malong County, the flue-cured tobacco production elevation were in the optimal region and fitness, these percentages were medium.2. The weather conditions in tobacco material-base were more appropriate the production of high-quality tobacco. In this region, annual average temperature was12.8~15.2℃, the average temperature of growth period of flue-cured tobacco (5-8months)was18.0~20.6℃; Annual rainfall was790~1629mm, Annual rainfall in the growth period was539~1108mm; Annual sunshine hours were1619~2223h, and in the growth period sunshine hours were495~677h.3. In the Qujing tobacco material-base, the percent of red soil, paddy soil, purple soil and yellow brown soil was64.26%,5.99%,4.13%,25.62%, respectively. Most of the soil pH value was4.5-6.5, which was suitable for the growth needs of high-quality tobacco; the average content of organic matter in soil was3.52%; the average available nitrogen content was124.94mg/kg; the average available phosphorus content was25.73mg/kg; the available potassium content was260.41mg/kg; the average available magnesium content was209.28mg/kg; the average available boron content was0.32mg/kg; Water-soluble chlorine content was23.03mg/kg. In this region, Most soil nutrient content are in appropriate level, which is suitable for the growth of high-quality flue-cured tobacco, but the available boron content was slightly lower in most soil, so the boron fertilizer should be supplied suitably.4. The tobacco appearance quality was better in LuoPing county, qilin county, Malong county, zhanyi county and xuanwei county in Raw Material Base in Qujing. The content of nicotine, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, nitrogen alkali ratio, potassium and chloride of the upper leaves were comply with the standard of high-quality flue-cured tobacco, the content of total sugar, difference of total sugar and reducing sugar were higher than the standard of high-quality tobacco; the content of nicotine, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, nitrogen to nicotine ratio, difference between total sugar and reducing sugar, chloride content and total sugar of the middle leaves were suitable for the standard of high-quality flue-cured tobacco, the total sugar content was better than the standard of high-quality tobacco. Sensory quality was better in Fuyuan county, Malong county, Luliang county, Shizong county, Qilin county, Zhanyi county and Xuanwei county.5. The content of aroma components in tobacco of Raw Material Base in Qujing was studied:(1) Between the different varieties, the relation was:Hongda> K326> yunyan87and yunyan85;(2) The aroma components content was increased quickly when the elevation rised in1600~1800m;(3) The aroma components content in soil type was different:purple soil> red soil> paddy soil;(4) The content of aroma components in the upper leaves was higher than in the middle leaves for same variety tobacco;(5) The aroma components content was different in each county, Xuanwei county and Zhanyi county were higher, secondly Luliang county and Fuyuan county, followed by Qilin county and Malong county.6. Finally, the principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to divide the Qujing material-base into4ecological areas, and the different ecological areas were described:ecological condition was superior in the No. I Region, the chemical composition, the appearance quality and smoking quality of the tobacco which was produced was exactly consistent with the standard of high-quality tobacco, it belonged to the heart region, and can be as Raw Material Base of high-grade cigarette brand. No. Ⅱ Region, the heat, sunshine and rainfall were in the medium level, ecological condition was meet the growth needs of high-quality tobacco. No. Ⅲ Region, it is rainy, and is lack of sunshine, and heat is sufficient, ecological condition was basically content with the growth needs of high-quality tobacco, the comprehensive quality of tobacco which was produced had a gap with high-quality tobacco, it can be as Raw Material Base of medium cigarette brand. No. Ⅳ Region, belonged to cold area, heat is insufficient, it should be used to plant characteristic varieties.
