The experiment was conducted by adding dephenolized cottonseed protein to replace part of soybean protein as feed ingredients in animal feed in order to show the application value of dephenolized cottonseed protein.1) Through a comparative study of different processing, to determine the basic parameters of cottonseed protein, and the conditions of production of cottonseed protein physicochemical indexes are as follows:8.9%moisture, crude protein49.44%, lactic acid content of3.15%,17.25%small peptide.2) Use of cottonseed protein is replacing soybean meal for animal testing, results showed that:compared with the control group, cottonseed protein for animal growth performance, without affecting meat quality and blood biochemical index. The cottonseed protein is replacing soybean meal has to meet the nutritional needs of pig growth, and has a price advantage.3) China’s pig breeding has a broad market, protein material is an indispensable part of pig diets. But our protein feed resources shortage,20000000tons of raw material imports to compensate for each protein. Because of its price has been higher, resulting in feed costs increase, restricted the healthy development of aquaculture.
