This study was designed to assess the ileal amino acid digestion of concentrated dephenolized cottonseed protein(CDCP),dried porcine solubles(DPS),and enzyme-treated soybean meal(ESBM)of ESBM50(50% acid-soluble protein)and ESBM20(20% acid-soluble protein).The rate explores its potential to replace fishmeal(FM)in piglet diets.Eight healthy,long-white,double-hybrid weaned piglets with similar age and initial BW(15.5±0.45 kg)were selected and a simple T-cannula installation procedure was performed on the ileum.Six of the weaned piglets were divided into a 6×6 Latin square design by diet treatment,and the remaining two were used as backup groups.The trial was divided into 6 cycles,each cycle was 7 days,and the first 4 days of each cycle.For the pre-test period,the last 3 days are the positive trial period;the dietary treatment components are CDCP group,DPS group,ESBM20 group,ESBM50 group,FM group and nitrogen-free diet group.During the trial period,the ileum at the end of the ileum was collected through the fistula.The collection time was from 8:00 am to 18:00 pm everyday,and a total of 10 hours were collected.The retrieved chyme samples were assayed for apparent ileal amino acid digestibility(AID)and standard ileal amino acid digestibility(SID).The crude protein(CP),acid-soluble protein(ASP)and water-soluble protein(WSP)and most amino acid(AA)levels of ESBM50 were higher than ESBM20 in the nutrient analysis of the two ESBMs.In the AID and SID of AA,the AID and SID values of CDCP Met,Thr and Trp are not different from FM,and the AID and SID of essential amino acids such as Arg and His are even higher than FM(P<0.01);ESBM50 and ESBM20 The amino acid AID and SID values were almost the same as those of FM.The AID and SID of essential amino acids such as Arg,His and Thr of ESBM50 were even higher than FM(P<0.01);the AID of SDS and the AID of SDS except Met and SID was significantly lower than FM(P<0.01).The results showed that different enzyme treatments had significant effects on the ASP,WSP and amino acid digestibility of ESBM.The amino acid AID and SID of the two ESBM and CDCP were similar to FM and had the potential of fish meal replacement.
