As the sustainable application of the information technology in the forest,information system isinstead of more and more traditional manual management work. Taking Zhejiang Province as anexample,many services such as forest logging, forestland requisition and occupation, forest fireprevention, forestation, forest ownership management, etc, are closely related with forest resourcesmonitoring and all have corresponding information system on running. Therefore, how to make theinformation system work together and interconnect with each other, how to improve the presentsituation and the consistency of the database, how to realize the sharing and linkage of forest resourcesdata. It is particularly urgent to dynamically monitor and implement on the forest resources due toanthropogenic causes of changes of forest resources. This article study five systems which was runningin Zhejiang,and was related closely to the growth and decline of forest resources. The five systems areforest ownership information management system, forest logging system, forest fire prevention system,forestland requisition and occupation management system, forestation management system. Then thisarticle analyze the system and the structure of database, classify the data and finally find out the factorsof linkage.This paper establish the linkage updated model of forest resources, research the method to catchchanged data, and extract linkage factors from each system database, then establish the programming ofmeta data database and public database based on the base layer database. According to the needed datafrom information tables of public forest ownership plots, it establish the mapping relationship with fieldinformation of each system database, then inquire whether the time stamp exist in the data tables ofcorresponding system database or not. When the time stamp exist, data linkage center compare the latestupdated time from information tables of public forest ownership plots with the time stamp of systemtables, then use XML translation mechanism and get the updated data from system tables when theupdated time is different from the time stamp. At last, this paper realize the updating method of theforest resource data linkage based on multiple system data, through analyzing the mechanism ofsubcompartment reconstruction and automatic computing methods of multi-scale forest resource.
