Forest resources in human society are extremely important natural resources, it's thebasis of human survival and development. Safety supervising forest resources and completelyprotecting the forest resources is the needs of the development of human beings. However,long-term since our country forest resource management which exist intersected, bullmanagement pattern, cause management efficiency is not high, and the situation of no supervisefrequently occurred. With the development of information technology, how to put theinformation technology into the forest resources, improve the supervision system of forestresource supervision level and ability has done a lot of exploration, to promote the safety offorest resources regulation played a positive role. But between fluctuation class and departmentsinformative linkage, management interaction between the problem has failed to solve. Based onforest resources for object, by regulatory oversight of forest resources between each system asthe main research contents of information associated with between system linkage degrees, forrealizing for shots, forest resource safety supervising key link of information sharing and lay thefoundation for integration of forest resource safety supervision, provide theoretical supportorganization optimization. Its research content and results are as follows:(1)Analysis the existing method of calculating the degree of linkage, and to find thecharacteristics of the various methods and applications, and monitoring of forest resourcesinformation system for functional analysis of the linkage-based information systems lay thefoundation for calculation methods;(2)Extract the database structure of forest resource information system of safetymanagement, according to the keep function methods and the bottom data extraction, determinesthe index of the index, and ultimately determine the parameters of the linkage between systemsdegree. Index parameters including indictor type, correlation coefficient, etc.;(3)Based on the information of uniting the feasibility of forest resource safety managementtheory and practical test. From the two aspects of the theory proved forest resources safetysupervising key link in the linkage of the application system of study not only for current degreeof sharing information and system integration provide scientific basis, but also for futureorganizations to provide theoretical basis for optimal and reorganization. The innovation of this paper are: (1) It's proposed a system linkage calculation method whichbased on monitoring of forest resources information system; (2) It's proposed a regulation in theprocess of forest resources to achieve the management of information interaction interactivethinking, and thinking specific method applied in practical system development, systemintegration and effective for the optimization of sector institutions to provide theoretical andpractical basis.
