Health-care function and humanistic connotation of urban green landscape have been graduallyrealized with the proposal and construction of “ecological city”and "ecological garden city". As theimportant species farm shelter forest and bank protection forest, Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu etCheng, Taxodium ascendens Brongn. and Taxodium distichum (Linn.) Rich. have been grown in largequantities in water net region in southern China. Ecological reference of the plant communitiesmentioned above were relatively less. To explore the investigation of ecology community andcomprehensive evaluation of urban green landscape, this paper measured the composition and diurnalvariation analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu etCheng, Taxodium ascendens Brongn. and Taxodium distichum (Linn.) Rich.3results of this thesisshowed:(1)Nature Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng forest was seriously influenced by humanity.Fortunately, species diversity has been restored recently by strong protections. Metasequoiaglyptostroboides Hu et Cheng, Taxodium ascendens Brongn. and Taxodium distichum (Linn.) Rich.aremainly planted forests with incomplete community structures, higher canopy density in tree layers,monotonous species in shrub layer and lower species richness.(2)The VOCs were identified with the thermal desorption system gas chromatography/massspectrometer technique TDS GC/MS.38VOCs were identified in Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu etCheng, mainly as α-Pinene、β-Pinene、Camphene、Phellandrene and3-Carene;44VOCs were identifiedin Taxodium ascendens Brongn., mainly as β-Pinene、Camphene、Phellandrene、and D-Limonene;38VOCs were identified in Taxodium distichum (Linn.) Rich., mainly as β-Pinene, D-Limonene andPhellandrene.(3) The active compounds in the VOCs had many benefits: antibacterial effect,health-care andpurify air. Strategies for constructing of ecological health-care communities were proposed to bringmore ecological technology for urban green space community and to facilitate the construction of urbangreen space and sustainable development of ecology in Hangzhou area.
