Manganese forms of soil are closely related to their bioavailability and land use, cropping patterns, soil physical and chemical properties and other factors are closely related. To explore the impact on soil Manganese distribution and Phytoavailability of tea garden soil in different tea planting years。In the experiment, the paddy soil and tea garden siol were been used as the researeh object, By the telescopes, quantitative analysis of soil pH, cation exchange capacity, organic matter, available potassium, phosphorus, free iron oxide, exchangeable calcium and magnesium were measured. By analysis correlation between the manganese forms and the properties with its Influencing factors,to provide theory basis to the study of agricultural soils Manganese. At the same time, provide reference of fertilization and management on tea garden soil. The results showed that:1.The maximum totle manganese content of the test soil samples in study area was521.77mg/kg, the minimum value was278.94mg/kg, the mean value was382.72mg/kg, lower than the average soil manganese content710mg/kg. Which paddy soil maximum manganese content was521.77mg/kg, the minimum manganese content was278.94mg/kg, average level was403.61mg/kg.The tea garden soil maximum manganese content was512.15mg/kg, the minimum manganese content was292.56mg/kg, average level was377.49mg/kg.Because of the assimilation of manganese and solubilization-. precipitation of manganese, showed manifestation rules of totle manganese distribution:C layer (40-60cm)>B layer (20-40cm)>A layer (0-20cm)。Tea garden soil leaching weaker compared to the paddy soil, topsoil manganese leaching only to B, So the soil exhibits profile distribution characteristics B layer are higher than the C layer of soil and A layer content.Changed to tea plantations, rice fields under different plant tea life test for the overall distribution characteristics of soil manganese:with the increase of years of tea growing, tea tree manganese absorption caused by soil manganese reduced year by year. Negative correlation between the manganese content of the tea garden soil and plant tea life (r=-0.132n=72). Life of different plant tea garden soil total manganese profile distribution were shown a plow enriched characteristics.2.BCR method to test the soil and manganese forms were measured, including the acid-soluble manganese reducible manganese oxidizable manganese and manganese residual state, the acid soluble manganese and reducible manganese are available manganese. There is a big difference between different forms of manganese content in soil. The different forms of manganese content percentage of the totle manganese showed the order:RES-Mn>Oxi-Mn>Acid-Mn> Red-Mn。Because the test for soil is composed of the same kind of soil parent material development, differences in content of Total Mn in tea garden soil under different planting tea years was not significant, also in tea garden soil and Paddy Soil.3. Tea garden soil manganese effective showed negative correlation with soil pH、 exchangeable calcium and magnesium, and positivecorrelation with CEC, organic matter, total nitrogen, available potassium, phosphorus, free iron oxide content。The tea garden soil manganese plant tea life is positively correlated. Bcause the prolongation of planting tea,the metabolism of tea tree, root exudation of organic acids, climate environment and tea garden organic fertilizer, soil acidification degree is more and more.pH resulted in a decrease in acid dissolved manganese increases pH, while pH increased the reduction manganese content increased, But the acid dissolved manganese influenced by pH is much greater than the reduction of manganese, so, decrease of pH resulted in increased total active manganese.Because of long-term flooded cultivation of paddy soil, the oxygen partial pressure decreased, Eh reduced, manganese is reduced to low manganese and losed with the water leaching, due to the profile of soil available manganese large leaching losses, there are different land use patterns the soil manganese effectiveness difference.4、The growth of tea of manganese deficiency problem does not exist in the soil of tea garden in mountain area, but with the tea planting time, tea garden soil continue acidification, Mn enrichment, there will be the risk of soil poison. In the daily tea garden management, should take the residue cleaning, loosening the soil, drainage and other measures, so that the ventilation and drainage of the soil to maintain good.
