The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different contents of oxidized konjac glucomannan (OKGM) on growth performance,fish nutrition and digestive enzyme activity in Schizothorax Prenanti Tchang.360healthy fish with anaverage weight of (80.47±5.12)g and body length of (16.09±0.73) were selected, and they were randomly divided into6groupswith3replicates in each group and20fishs in each repliieate. The control group(C) supplemented with basal diet, the treatment groups(OKGM0.05,OKGM0.1, OKGM0.2, OKGM0.4, OKGM0.8) were contained500,1000,2000,4000,8000mg/kg OKGM. In the end of the test(60d), determination of the following indicators respectively: trial fish weight,individual long, visceral weight and bowel length; moisture, ash, crude protein, crude fat, amino acids and fatty acid composition of fish; the intestinal protease, amylase and lipase activity. The results are as follows:(1)Compared with group C, the bait coefficient of OKGM0.1, OKGM0.2, OKGM0.8was reduced by1.10%,6.99%and3.68%respectively, and at the same time, the protein utilization rate has improved. OKGM can promote the growth of Schizothorax Prenanti Tchang, and relative weight gain rate increases progressively with OKGM content. The relative weight gain rate of group OKGM0.8is the largest and is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile,OKGM content has no obvious effect on fat full, liver mass index, renal volume index, gallbladder volume index, im body index and im long index(P>0.05). While the spleen index of OKGM0.8is higher than the other group, and increased by30.77%compared with the control group C(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference between control group and experimental groups(P>0.05). Crude protein content of Schizothorax Prenanti Tchang increased progressively with OKGM content, but crude fat content showed a trend of decline.The protein content of group OKGM0.2, OKGM0.4, OKGMo.8was significantly higher than control group C (P<0.05), but no significant difference between groups (P>0.05), and the fat content of group OKGM0.1, OKGM0.2, OKGM0.4, OKGM0.8was significantly lower than the control group C and group OKGMo.os(P<0.05), compared with control group C were reduced by2.84%(P<0.05),8.61%(P<0.05),14.43%(P<0.05) and15.46%(P<0.05).(3) With the increase of OKGM level, essential amino acids, delicious amino acid, total amino acid of Schizothorax Prenanti Tchang presented a tendency of falling after rising first. Compared with the control group C, the essential amino acids content of group OKGM0.2, OKGM0.4, OKGM0.8increased by6.54%,6.54%and5.81%respectively, and group OKGM0.1, OKGM0.2, OKGM0.4in delicious amino acid content increased by1.13%,1.13%and1.13%respectively.(4) OKGM can improved the content of linolenic acid in fish, and group OKGM0.4was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). With the increase of OKGM content, content of saturated fatty acid and monounsaturated fat in fish showed a trend of decline after rising first. Saturated fatty acid content of experimental groups was significantly lower than control group C(P<0.05), and monounsaturated fat content of group OKGM0.4was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05). OKGM impacted on the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and EPA+DHA showed a trend of falling after rising first. The polyunsaturated fatty acids content of group OKGM0.2was the highest, and significantly higher than the control group C and other group (P<0.05); group OKGM0.1and OKGM0.2had the highest EPA+DHA content,was significantly higher than the control group and other experimental group(P<0.05)(5) The protease, amylase and lipase activity of headgut,midgut, hindgut increased with the increase of OKGM level,group OKGM0.8was the highest.Digestive enzyme activity of group OKGM0.4and OKGM0.8was significantly higher than control group C(P<0.05), but no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Result:(1)Adding2000~8000mg/kg OKGM can promote the growth of Schizothorax Prenanti Tchang.(2)Adding1000~4000mg/kg OKGM can promote protein synthesis, reduce the fat deposition, improve essential amino acids, delicious amino acid, essential fatty acids, EPA+DHA and polyunsaturated fatty acids.(3)Adding2000-8000mg/kg OKGM can enhance intestinal digestive enzymes activity.(4)By the above measurement indicators comprehensive speculate:OKGM application in Schizothorax Prenanti Tchang feed recommended intake should be between2000-4000mg/kg.
