The grassland is one of the most frequent terrestrial ecosystems of LUCC that has very important role to deal with the global climate change, which has a certain impact and response. The focus issue is grassland ecosystem service’s research had become the LUCC, restoration ecology and related discipline research. The grassland ecosystem pattern produced unprecedented changes under the global climate change and the influence of human activity. The grassland ecosystem service’s pattern changes affected that the primary productivity, soil and water conservation, biodiversity and carbon sequestration service function of grassland ecological system in Zoige Country. It not only affects the global material cycle and the greenhouse gas content, but also changed atmospheric chemistry process, that produced far-reaching influence of global climate change in the earth.The plant samples and soil samples were collected to five desertification grasslands of different managed year in Zoige County. According to spatial structure instead of times series, investigation and experiment to analyze the grassland ecological system’s recovery process and ecosystem service change, and analyze on driving force of grassland ecosystem services under the influence of human activity. The purposes are providing basic data for desertification grassland governance results, and research global climate change in Zoige Country. Some practical testing techniques and desirable observation results have been obtained through investigation and experiment. The main research results are as follows:(1) Based on the experimental studies, that analyze plant and soil samples on difference managed year of the desertification grassland in Zoige Country. In the process of ecological engineering, large changes have taken place in the community characteristics of vegetation. Influenced by artificial sowing and fertilizer application, the dominant species of plant community is given priority to with Kengyilia grass and Carex arenaria grass in the early part of the ecological management; the dominant species of plant community mainly Kengyilia grass, Roegneria purpurascens Keng grass, and Avena sativa grass in the medium-term of the ecological management; In the late period, the subdominant species and companion species have more and more influence on the vegetation community, such as pasturage, Kobresia Willd grass and so on. The vegetation restoration not only improving the soil physical and chemical properties, also making the soil physical and chemical properties along with the increasing length of ecological engineering and management and have continued to improve. Under the influence of vegetation and soil, rehabilitated grassland ecosystem management increases with time have been significantly improved, showing the recovery process to get a virtuous cycle of grassland ecosystem.(2) Based on field survey and experimental data, analyses the ecosystem service function of desertification grassland in Zoige Country are mainly:plant production function, Soil and water conservation function, maintenance of biodiversity features and carbon sequestration function in the study period increased. According to the experimental data and the information by Forestry Bureau in Zoige Country, the time series with spatial structure, and using the method of variance analysis, correlation analysis concluded that: the biodiversity function is the most obvious change, showed increasing plant species, the plant communities to the diversified development; The plant production function is showed with the increasing of the managing time, and rapid growth of plant biomass, Soil and water conservation function and carbon sequestration function while had adopted a series of ecological management technology, the water content, the soil physical and chemical properties, the plant communities and the soil carbon content had been improving, but the ecological management is a long-term process, so the improvement of the soil and water conservation function and carbon sequestration function are relatively slow to improve.(3) The human driving forces as the main research content, because of interference control belong to the typical artificial ecosystem. On the basis of summarizing the predecessors’research results, combined with field survey and experimental data, using principal component to analyze driving force for the ecological restoration in Zoige Country:eco-engineering and eco-technique, economic development, population and level of education, animal carrying capacity of grassland.
