In this paper, a half-year track research of heavy salinity soil has been processed in reclaimed tidal alkaline land. Meanwhile, the green key technology of the area was researched from two aspects:landscaping tree species and the growth status were survied in the area and pot experiment of salt-tolerant plants was carried out in Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University. Then, provided the theoretical basis and technical support for choosing landscaping tree species and soil melioration measures to adapt to the reclamation area.The main results showed thatSet observation points on naked plots of reclaimed tidal alkaline land in Jinhai Park of Wenzhou city. The results showed:generally annual soil salinity change was decline, besides some layers.And, the highest desalinization ratio reached to53.16%. There was a correlation between soil salinity and mechanical composition:powder and clay content appear positive relations; oil bulk density and sand content show negative relation.To study the effects of different seawater concentration on growth, osmotic accumulation of antioxidant enzymes, and ion distribution with Casuarina equisetifolia, Acacia confusa, Ficus concinna var. Subsessilis and Eucalyptu grandis, pot experiments were conducted. A randomized complete design with six treatments was used.Results showed that four seedlings could survive under seawater conditions more than4.0g/kg and the salt tolerance of the four tree species was in the order of F.concinna> A. confusa> C. Equisetifolia> E.grandis; however, because all were alkali-soil plants, they could to appropriate concentrations of seawater stress.The investigation on species of plants of the reclaimed tidal alkaline land was introduced. Lack of greening material kinds, and there was fragile ecological diversity. In the cultivation of saline-alkali soil green plants,18plants had strong environmental adaptability to reclamation area and grown well. So, they were important landscaping species in the saline-alkali land. Thus, the development and utilization of native tree species and wild the salt tolerance floral resources should be paid attention, also, the special salt-tolerant green plants and strong salt-tolerant green plants should be urgently introduced.For studying the effects of different amendments on soil salinity and survival rates of plants, experiments were carried out in the reclaimed tidal alkaline land, platform field, furrowing soil preparation, changing with new soil, laying isolating layer and application of organic manure were used to improve soil of the experimental plot. Results showed that all the amendments had the property to improve soil properties, decrease soil salinity, and improve survival rates of plants.
