This experiment with varieties of Peony(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)’ HuHong ’ for the test material, discussion on Peony flowers before and after differentperiods of sugar components in transport law, and photosynthetic characteristics anddynamic changes of physiological and biochemical studies showed:1. Sucrose content in taproots decline firstly and then increased, decreasedgradually in lateral roots in the whole experimental period; glucose and fructosecontent in taproots at round peach stage were75.34%and73.68%higher than those atbud appearing stage, which reached the maximum at blooming stage. There was nosignificant differences in sucrose content in upper, middle and lower stems parts atevery stage which appeared similar changing trends, decreased gradually from budstanding stage and reached the minimum at full blooming stage, decreasing amplitudein sucrose content of lower stems parts was the most (43.55%). Sucrose content inroots and stems were the lowest at full blooming stage, which of stems were higherthan that of roots from round peach stage and increased by48.9%at withering stage.Glucose and fructose content in stems were higher than those of roots at every stage, there were significant differences in sucrose, glucose and fructose content betweenroots and stems. In conclusion, sucrose in roots started to turn into glucose andfructose at bud standing stage in Tree peony, increasing glucose and fructose content in stems could provide energy for flower opening; Glucose and fructose content inroots and stems begin to decline at withering stage, sucrose content in whichincreased, storing capability of stems were larger than that of roots.2. The grape candy sugar content in leaves and petals similar to broadly declinedafter the rise, sucrose content is in the up State, however, at the flowering stage leafsucrose content decreased from flaws begin, at flowering stage reached its lowestpoint, and then rise. Candy sugar content of grapes during the flowering stage in thepetals is peaked thanks flower content decreased.3. The protein content of the main roots and lateral roots than the protein contentin the stem, maximum protein content in round peach lateral roots increased by40.13%. Main root of the protein from the bud stage school began to decline, roundpeaches dropped to its lowest point. Upward status of protein content in the stem, stem in average concentrations above the upper stem and lower stem, stem proteincontent on the primary bud stage’s fastest-growing, respectively higher than the stemand bottom stems.4. In the primary root and lateral roots of starch content in starch content belowthe stem, while only in the flowering stage, elevated starch content in lateral roots islarge. Content of starch in starch content in the leaves above the petals, starchconcentrations in the hole in the blade to rise to the highest, while the petals arepeaked in the flowering stage, in flowering stage lateral roots starch content is higherthan the primary content in the root, and36.3%respectively.5. Throughout the wind chimes to thank flower, Peony total content ofchlorophyll content and chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, is declining after the first rise.Exhibition of early low in all three, with the growth of young leaves, and graduallyincreases to the maximum, weak points among content reaches the highest throughoutthe periods before and after flowering, chlorophyll a content of chlorophyll b contenthas been below. 6. Mobile Peony began to show a new, lower Pn in young leaves, leaf areaincreased, weak points Pn quickly reached a peak, and then dropped, decliningstomatal conductance, transpiration, intercellular CO2concentrations are slowly onthe rise, with the decline of flowers thanks florescence of chlorophyll degradation, reduced photosynthesis and Pn decreased. Increase in stomatal conductance, Peonyand photosynthetic rate increase, improved the supply of CO2, Ci changes but leavesshowed that Ci increases modest description Peony have not only improved thesupply of CO2while promoting improvement of photosynthetic ability.
