Study On The Autumn-Reflowering Of Tree Peony Flowering Metabolic Regularity In Beijing Area

In this paper, the effects of defoliation, defoliation with GA3, defoliation with gibbrellin (GA3) and ethephon (ETH) is studied on the reflowering of autumn-flowering tree peony cv.’Qiufayihao’,’Qiufaerhao’,’Qifasanhao,’Qiufasihao’, ’Qiufawuhao’.The results show that defoliation with GA3 breaks mixed buds, also promotes the dormancy buds, branch and leaves development for’Qiufayihao’in Beijing area. On that basis,we studied phenolic compounds、peroxidase、polyphenol oxidase and phenylalanine ammonialyase in flowering process of change. Moreover, we studied the phenolic compounds component with GC-MS.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through the determination of the physiological indexes, the reflowering of autumn-flowering tree peony cv.’Qiufayihao’is the most suitable for flowering in Beijing area.(2)The effects of defoliation with GA3 could greatly increase the peony ornamental value, whereas ETH makes less favorable for the leaves development.(3)peony likes hot, afraid of high temperature.Beijing has little rainfall and temperature partial drop in late August to early October. Predictably, environmental factors and flowering closely related.(4)Extract total polyphenols,The best reagent is 80% acetone(5)Total phenols content as flowering changes.Early flowering show peak,With the blooming and senescence, the total phenols content began to decline.(6)POD> PPO、PAL, these three kinds of enzyme activity is closely related with blooming and senescence. In the whole blooming process,POD enzyme activity is increasing gradually, bloom stage show maximum value. PPO enzyme activity showing no rule changes in the whole blooming process.PAL enzyme activity with phenolic substances were positively correlated,that is,enzyme activity is increasing gradually. And early flowering show maximum, the different is defoliation with GA3 could greatly increase the PAL enzyme activity. (7)GC-MS analysis ’Qiufayihao’petals components,Results show that Main ingredients to give priority to alkane kind, phenolic acids, alkane classes and fatty acids compounds. The most important is total polyphenol content highest,and stigmasterol;hexa-hydro-farnesol;7,8-Dihydroxycoumarin;Vitamine E;Ethyl iso-allocholate in the autumn-flowering tree peony is unique elements.
