In order to understand effects of Yimoling(GA4+7) on growth and development andendogenous hormones of pear fruits, Yimoling was applied on fruit20d after full bloom on7-year-old Huangguan Pear and Xueqing Pear trees, and21-year-old Yali Pear trees.Dynamics of growth and development and endogenous hormones of pear fruits wereanalyzed after harvested. The main results were as follows:1. Application of Yimoling20d after full bloom improved the growth and developmentof different pear varieties. The fruit shape index of the three cultivars increased than CK.Huangguan and Xueqing pears perform better than Yali. The fruit shape index ofHuangguan increased from1.03to1.08,that of Xueqing from0.95to1.00,and the fruitshape index of Yali change from1.06to1.10.2. The dynamic fruit growth rate of the three pear varieties is a single "S" curve.Huangguan and Xueqing fruit grown rate is slow in the20d to40d,40d to60d growth ratereaches a peak,and then gradually decreased. There is one growth rate peak to the Yali at70d.3. The Yimoling improves the quality of the fruit to some extent. The fruit weight andsoluble sugar content increased,the hardness decreased,had no significant impact on thetitratable acidity and vitamin C content,ratio of sugar/acid increased. Soluble sugar contentof Huangguan, Xueqing and Yali pear increased by5.94%,7.22%, and8.27%,respectively.4. The Yimoling changed the growth pattern of endogenous hormones (IAA, ZR,GA3), which helps to increase the sink strength and accelerate transit assimilates to theflesh.5. IAA content of different part of fruits reached a peak at30days to60days after fullbloom. IAA content of CK has a lower level than those of Yimoling treatment;ZR contentwas accord with that of IAA. After treatment,The content of GA3showed one or twopeaks. After treatment, ABA content of treatment fruits was lower than that of CK.
