The Summary of the papers included the application of Sea Cucumber nutrients andtaurine, nanotechnology, and the development of nanotechnology at home and abroad. Thisstudy used phacoemulsification to prepare Sea Cucumber nutrients Nanoparticles and TaurineNanoparticles. Then, by comparing with the original particles, this study provided differentconcentration gradient of original particles and Taurine Nanoparticles to wheat seedlings. Themain results are as follows:1.Dispose of nano-suspensions: Using phacoemulsification method, The amount ofdispersant Tween80is about1%, The surface active agent selected carboxymethyl starchsodium, The ultrasonic time is45min.2.Characterization of nano-SC: Detected by electron microscopy and scanning electronmicroscopy the space between every two particles is well dispersed. The average size of SeaCucumber Nutrients Nanoparticles is100-200nm; The average size of Tau Nanoparticles isabout50nm, and its chemical groups changed a little compared with the original agent. Butthere are no obvious differences between Tau Nanoparticles and its original agent in structureand infra-red spectrogram.3.Effects of Tau nano SC on wheat seedling morphology indicators: When theconcentration range is within100-1000mg/L, Tau nano suspending can promote theextendence of wheat seedling roots, the height of plants, the fresh weight, and dry weight.500mg/L the most appropriate concentration. Compared with the same concentration of theoriginal agent, an increase of the extendence of wheat seedling roots, the height of plants, thefresh weight, and dry weight had been shown respectively as,10.3%,7.8%,6.0%, and8.9%.4.Effects of Tau nano SC on wheat seedling physiological indicators: Differentconcentrations of Tau nano suspending have different influence on the concents ofchlorophyll and MDA, and activity of POD and CAT about wheat seedlings. When the Taunano SC concentration is500mg/L, the chlorophyll content of wheat seedlings increasedsignificantly47.9%than the control group, and increased6.7%than the original agent.Similarly, after adding500mg/LTau nano SC, the MDA content decreased46.2%than thecontrol group, while the activity of POD and CAT increased28.8%and24.8%; what’s more,compared with the same concentration of the original agent, the content of MDA decreased 12.5%, and the activity of POD and CAT increased4.3%and10.1%. The effects of treatmentare significant.
