This experiment used the Aspergillus niger with aerobic fermentation, then usedthe lactobacillus with the anaerobic fermentation to ferment Chinese herbal medicine,explored the best substrate and the best production technology of Chinese herbalmedicine with mixed bacteria; used the method of high performance liquidchromatography to compare the change of Chinese medicinal herbs before andafter-fermentation; through the experiment of feeding trial on broiler of Arbor Acres,compared the growth performance, immune organ index and blood index withcomparation, explored the value of Chinese herbal medicine with mixed bacteria.Toafford basis in order to seek the replacement of antibiotic. The results of study asfollows:Experiment.1The research of the best substrate and the best productiontechnology on the fermentation of Chinese herbal medicine with mixed bacteriaFirstly, used the aspergillus niger with aerobic fermentation to produce cellulose andpectinase in order to crack the cell wall of plants, then used the lactobacillus with theanaerobic fermentation of enzymatic, through single factor test and orthogonal test,took the activities of cellulose and pectinase as the index, to explore the bestproduction technology of Chinese herbalmedicine with mixed bacteria. The resultsshowed that the optimum medium were obtained as follows: the concentrationofChin ese medicinal herbs10%, Glucose1%, Yeast extrac0.2%, K2HPO40.1%, thetemperature of aerobic fermentation was30℃, the temperature of anaerobicfermentation was37℃, the proportion of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation timewas2:1, total fermentation time was96h, ratio of inoculation was2%:2%, pH was5.Under this condition, the activities of cellulase and pectinase respectively reached1412.3U/mL and1287.5U/mL. Through the fermentation, The content of crudeprotein、crude fat、P,were respectively increased by31.19%、59.11%、85.71%.While the NDF、ADF、ADL were decreased by24.21%、12.58%、17.56%.Experiment.2Used the method of HPLC to compare the change of Chinesemedicinal herbs before and after-fermentationThis experiment through the HPLC to setup fingerprint graph, compared thechange of Chinese medicinal herbs before and after-fermentation, we found that afterfermentation, the content of the most substance have been elevated in different degrees;the apex areas of most substance after-fermentation were the1-4times asbefore-fermentation, and there were two peaks areas of time point were the10.03and 41.85times as the before-fermentation(1.66310.03times、8.11041.85times);at thesame time, the compound preparation after-fermentation, produced new absorptivepeaks in many points, this showed that the Chinese medicinal herbs after-fermentation,the component have changed in herbs, some new active substance appearedafter-fermentation in Chinese medicinal herbs.Experiment.3The effect on broiler of Arbor Acres of the fermentation of Chineseherbal medicine with mixed bacteria to replace antibioticThis experiment explored the effect the of growth performance, immuneperfornance on the broiler of Arbor Acres with the group of ferrnentation of Chineseherbal medicine with mixed bacteria and the group of antibiotic.The results showed,the group of the ferrnentation of Chinese herbal medicine with mixed bacteriacompared the group of antibiotic, the daily gain increased11.92%, the difference wassignificant (P<0.05). The daily feed intake increased4.38%, the difference wassignificant (P<0.05). But the difference of feed conversion was not significant (P>0.05).The difference in splee index and the bursal index was respectively not significant, butthe trend was increased. The thymus index, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Tocompred the A-TOC, the group of the ferrnentation of Chinese herbal medicine withmixed bacteria has increased17.49%, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); theT-SOD increased3.27%, and the difference was extremely significant (P<0.01), theMDA decreased7.72%, and the difference was extremely significant (P <0.01).
